That's obviously an option too.
It's just that from what I remember the player power at Chelsea is immense and imo that's not a good thing. It would be good to stand by the manager for once and show the players they can't do what they want.
Of course the big problem is that it's Mourinho we're talking about so they are probably in the right this time hmm

As much of a snake Fabregas is, I doubt it's him in this case as he really seems to have enjoyed his time with Mourinho - calling him the best manager he has played for and even sending a warm message post-sacking.
