Re: Thomas Tuchel Appreciation Thread
Interesting long term building and good with youth but never does it amount to anything and he has zero imagination. Very overrated. Tuchel is what he is but is miles above

Chelsea are preparing the contract proposal for Graham Potter but main priority will be discussing on long-term project. He’s the favourite — while Pochettino is now waiting for Chelsea to decide. #CFC

Brighton will discuss with Chelsea on compensation/clause right after. pic.twitter.com/d3M8jlBJVo

Re: Thomas Tuchel Appreciation Thread
wikipediad him. Apparently he's been coaching Östersund for a good 7 years and brought them up from the 4th division to the first division. No top team experience. A gamble by Chelsea imoFirenze wrote:nope, Potter is very highly regardedChelsea are preparing the contract proposal for Graham Potter but main priority will be discussing on long-term project. But then again Chelsea is cursed. So he'll probably see some initial success, but then get stuck in a rut after 4 or 5 years.

4 or 5 years, has a Chelsea manager even managed 4 continuous years? I don't remember even one lasting 3 years since I started watching football.

Mourinho's first stint and Ranieri were the last Chelsea coaches to last more than 3 years

everyone's been praising him for his job at Brighton for more than a year now... in fact, when we had our last dark time under Arteta last year in December i said we should replace him with Potter

Re: Thomas Tuchel Appreciation Thread
In last season’s CL series against RMadrid, he was severely out coached by Ancelotti. He has been a flop everywhere he has been since leaving his home country.
Note - same is true for Pochettino.
Seems to me that people are assuming if you get a job with a top EPL team, then you must be good!
