Roma: Bruno Peres seems like a good player
Torino: Agree but his name is a bit too generic
Roma: Should be take it to the higher council?
Torino: Good discussion imo

Couldn't care less tbh.All I know is Pogba will be the most expensive transfer in football history if he leaves so it's a win win either way.
As for the Vidal rumours, it happens every summer Apparently he's been sold by us for the past 3 yrs.
Don't you know ?
Vidal signed for Manchester United, than he was sold back to Juve, we sold him to Arsenal and now he is sent on loan to RM O.o

So Utd reject him because of his dodgy knee, the same way Milan rejected Cissokho because of his teeth ? ...

Figured this was worth posting here:
Kick wrote:Kick wrote:So Fiorentina signed Salah on a loan deal with the option to extend for another season. This extension included a small fee, which Fiorentina activated a few weeks back. Salah was aware of the interest and was unsure of where he wanted to go. When July 1 hit, Salah decided he didn't want to re-sign with Viola and rejected their contract offer.
As Fiorentina's deal to extend his loan was accepted by us but not Salah, the deal won't go ahead since neither we nor Fiorentina can force Salah to sign the contract.
Basically, Fiorentina are unhappy at Salah and are threatening legal action but don't have much of a leg to stand on. Neither Salah nor Chelsea seem bothered by the threats so I doubt anything will come of it.
Salah will just be hated by Fiorentina fans and will probably end up at Inter.

[...] Any violation of this provision will be punished with appropriate penalties."
While Salah's agent said this:http://football-italia.net/68655/salah-inter-juve-milan-roma"Mohamed will go back to Chelsea now, but I can assure you he will 100 per cent never return to Fiorentina."
"He has offers from other foreign Leagues, but if he leaves Chelsea then it'll be for a return to Italy. Inter and Juventus? No comment, they are two great clubs, but first they have to speak to Chelsea. I can confirm their interest in Salah, but Milan and Roma are there too. These are the four clubs in the running."
"Which one does he prefer? I cannot answer that question now."
While apparently Inter have submitted a 20m Euro bid for Salah.

Arsenal ‘ready to swap Santi Cazorla to seal Arda Turan transfer’
http://metro.co.uk/2015/07/04/arsenal-ready-to-swap-santi-cazorla-to-seal-arda-turan-transfer-5280219/
Arsenal are reportedly considering swapping Santi Cazorla to seal the transfer of Atletico Madrid’s Arda Turan.
The Spanish outfit are weighing up a move for former their player Cazorla in a deal which could include fellow midfielder Turan, according to the Telegraph.
Chelsea and Manchester United are also thought to be in the race to sign Turan, but the chance to resign Cazorla could persuade the La Liga side to push for the swap-deal.
Turkey international Turan believed to be in negotiations with Barcelona, but the 28-year-old was quick to dispel these rumours, which suggests that a move to the Premier League may be imminent.

Re: 2015/16 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.IV
At this point it's unclear what kind of agreement chelsea and fiorentina have. Fiorentia claims that the original loan agreement can be automatically renewed (a contract that is alreasy signed by Salah). The player was granted the right to veto the extention before july 1st, which suggests that Fiorentina had a deal on an 18 month loan, which was approved by Salah.
The messy part in this situation is that Salah informed Fiorentuna about his decision AFTER July 1st, and since the player no longer has the power to veto the deal at this date, and simce Fiorentina already renewed the loan agreement then Salah is their player.
Now Salah's agent is a lawyer so we can at least assume that he know what he's doing. Salah intentionally delayed his decision so his agent must have a really good legal arguement. Say if the loan extention was a separate deal then it will require a new signiture by the player that he wont provide.

I am not worried by it, neither Salah's party nor Chelsea seem worried by the threats, so I doubt anything will come of it.

@RedO, Damn son, why did you lock that thread ?! Could've been one of the threads of the season ffs.
Anyway,
SKY: Vidal's situation at Juventus is like Pogba's, the club do not want to sell him.

Re: 2015/16 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.IV
Fiorentina Vice-President Paolo Panerai said “Inter should be relegated” for trying to poach Mohamed Salah.
It’s all-out war between the clubs for Salah, as the player insists the option to extend his loan for another year is void and wants to join the Nerazzurri via Chelsea.
Today Viola VP Panerai sent a series of angry tweets, including one to CONI (Italian Olympic Committee) President Giovanni Malagò.
“Dear Giovanni, Salah is the final straw. We can no longer tolerate that signatures and rules are worth less than zero.
“If football clubs were to respect transparency, Inter would have already been relegated. Whose money is it, starting from the Cayman Islands?
“Platini knows that Inter have broken the Fair Play rules. For Salah and other players who cost millions. This is the right chance to make an example of them.”
LMAO

Re: 2015/16 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.IV
I dont understand Fiorentina's arguement.
Salah was signed on a loan with an option to buy?
Salah isnt a slave, he has to agree to the loan and then agree to sign an extended deal.
If he doesnt agree then unfortunately, thats that.

Re: 2015/16 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.IV
Depends on what exactly he signed I guess.
If he signed that unless he vetoes until July 1st fiorentina can make it permanent, he didn't veto and they made it permanent, he's under contract.
It's not slavery to be under contract.

Re: 2015/16 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.IV
I am only guessing, but I am quite sure Fiorentina didnt know already they were keeping him permanently as they loaned him, or they would have just signed him to begin with. If he broke his leg in his first game, im quite sure they wouldnt pay Chelsea x amount of money to keep him.
So I conclude that he was never offered (and who knows if he would have accepted) a deal beyond the length of the loan period.

Re: 2015/16 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.IV
Fiorentina claim that he had an option to refuse a new loan but that he was compelled to do so by June 30, which he failed to do. If true, then it would seem Salah is in fact contracted to them.
In other news, Imbula's father is claiming that Inter's management sent him threats when the news he was negotiating with Porto broke.

Re: 2015/16 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.IV
ah ok, I should've written 'extend the loan' instead 'make the signing permanent' then.
Anyway, obviously the player has to agree to any contract between a club and him. Question seems to be whether he has in fact already agreed.
