I hope this is true but 100M pounds seem unlikely.
City for the first time under Pellegrini have made an actual improvement over the squad inherited from Mancini, United has had smart transfers as well, Arsenal look more threatening than ever. I feel like we need to make more signings now or at worse in january if we want to retain the PL.
