Lol i was an Allegri doubter, but who wouldnt when we had Conte? I am the first to admit he silenced my criticism when he evolved to a 4312, and that was around October I think.

Still a copy-paste manager for me this season so my opinion hasn't changed much in that, but fair play to him if he gets that treble nonetheless.

Re: The 2014/15 Calcio Saga III
He's been far more flexible than Conte, and his 4-3-1-2 with a much more direct style of play is a breath of fresh air.
Not to mention we're 50x better at counter attacking under Allegri, Conte simply didn't believe in counter attacks
We'd win the ball back, and under strict orders our players would then slow the tempo down and give it to Pirlo or Bonucci, every damn time.

And yet it still won you 3 titles
Tactical differences are there surely, but the results remain the same. Juve are rolling and can't be stopped. Happened under Conte and it's happened under Allegri and it would happen under anyone else with the understanding of how Serie A works at its highest levels.

Fair play to Parma for still giving their best in every match.

Agreed, if anything it's Conte who keeps getting vilified. Inheriting a 7th placed team that managed to win the league? Check. Unbeaten streak of 50 something games? Check. Record of 3 Serie A titles? Check. The only condemnation that i can attribute to Conte is how he handled his leave. But despite that, you have to credit the foundation he built.

Lazio sul prato verde vola Lazio tu non sarai mai sola vola un'aquila nel cielo piu in alto sempre volerà
tbf Lazio has 3 fantastic anthems and I don't know which is the best among 3
Felipe Anderson still unreal, of course the goal was born on his feet, n last 15 games he scored 10 goals and 8 assist .
18 goal/assist in 15 games . Not bad

I don't like the club, I don't like their president nor any of his cronies masquerading as directors and I sure as hell don't like it's fans even more, but I like quite a few of their players, their coach and the style of football they're playing. Fully deserved win for them. Still wanted Napoli to win though, by default.
If I'm brutally honest, they're very likely going to ruin us in the upcoming derby. That'll be the final nail in Garcia's coffin unfortunately.

Yeah it does go without saying....I do get a good feeling just by saying the words though .
That said, I don't get a good feeling by admitting that they are better than us at the moment. That is the reality though.

Undoubtedly Conte set us up to win, he done what Allegri simply couldn't.
Basically, Conte was the genius who invented something, and Allegri who could have never invented it himself, came along and gave the invention a much needed improvement. I.E tactical versatility and the ability to counter attack, 2 things Conte never had. It was plan A or go home.

Lazio is the most unlikeable club in Serie A. From their fans to the owner. But, they seem to play very well. Of course, they are more rested not being in any European competition.

When in Roma.....
A long read, but beautifully written. Captures precisely the essence of why I am Romanista.

Re: The 2014/15 Calcio Saga III
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has revealed a plan for the opening weekend in next season's Serie A to feature matches in 10 different foreign cities.
De Laurentiis said matches could be played in New York, London, Paris, Jakarta, Beijing and Shanghai.
"I'm working on a project with the league to hold the first day of next season's Serie A in 10 different cities around the world," he told Radio Kiss Kiss.
"We're verifying the feasibility of the project, which aims to help Italian football recover from a rough period."
De Laurentiis also said that the idea was not his, and that it would depend on the willingness of TV rights holder Sky Sports.

This is a pretty cool idea, not sure how the timing would work out
