El Clasico - Real Madrid Vs Barcelona[25/10/14] - Post Match Discussion
Suarez provides an assist within 3rd minute of his debut. Neymar with a fantastic finish
Benzema and Messi could have both scored twice.
Fantastic match so far. One of the best of the season.
Benzema and Pepe scores to make it 3-1
3-1 FT

Pretty much whats expected so far at HT. I actually wonf irst scorer Neymar bet Hes just been amazing for a longgg time now, great to see it continue
Messi also though strange with that miss! He would have buried that in the past obviously ((((
Real lucky with the pen, but overall they troubled us so much, at least we could say so far we've only conceded a goal this season by a pen
Carvajal is amazing imo, so young but offers so much at both ends.
Pepe has been a clown as usual XD
Busquets has been immense.
Mathieu's pace has been badly exposed and together with Pique is worrying...
Barca though could even afford Suarez not being in sync with everyone else though, but we need to be careful and try to control it. I think the second half will be even more frantic since everyones settled their nerves.
I would be very happy with a draw still.... COME ON BARCAAAA~~!!!!

Even in the heat of the moment, Pique genuinely did not need to tackle like that. You know, with his hands first.

Inesta has been the worst player on the pitch, just gifted a clear goal right there

Says a lot about the teams in La Liga that none of them managed to score past this Barca defence.
Real Madrid have been great.

Rakitc isn't fit to play for Barcelona.
Real Madrid deservedly win on the other hand, Benzema with a fantastic performance.

Great win for Madrid no doubt.
Enrique has been out smarted in both big games against PSG and now Madrid. He needs to get his sh!t together.

Barca were shockingly poor especially Iniesta... For the life of me I don't know how Messi missed that change to make it 2-0 as well.
Madrid were fantastic though, Benzema, Isco, James were absolutely brilliant along with everyone else.

Meh, what a nightmare second half....
It seems Enrique really needs to improve...lost now vs the 2 top teams, while not conceding in the league..... strange... but not good enough still. I hope our confidence dont get knocked since we really were second best despite some unlucky moments... So sad to see....
Suarez needs time to gel thats understandable...
And its also really sad to Messi continue his decline, its clear hes struggling vs the top teams nowadays?
Ancelotti..... it seems hes really got Real still all going well atm after the 2 losses, Real are really on fire and many of their players in great form.

Re: El Clasico - Real Madrid Vs Barcelona[25/10/14] - Post Match Discussion
Whats happened to Barca's pressing btw.
Lucho made a mistake of starting finished Xavi, underperforming Iniesta and useless Busquets in midfield together especially since they don't get help from Messi/Neymar to defend. Even Suarez didn't defend

I was very impressed with Madrid in this classico, kept a steady control throughout the game. They were easily able to take back possession and cr7/benzema/james were explosive throughout the second half.

That's what I thought too but I did catch a glimpse of him at the end when he tried to take on the mighty godbeloa but lost the ball, so we were both unfortunately (read: understandably) mistaken
