Re: Champions League 2014/15 | Group E
The scoreline is mostly De Sanctis's fault, what a pathetic performance...
at least 5 of the goals could have been stopped had it been someone else instead of this idiot...
anyway totally deserved win for Bayern
congratz..

Rome wasn't built in a day but it was destroyed in 30 minutes by the Germans.

not as annoying as the hordes of barça fans who swarm this place after every " big " bayern victory , telling us how pep is the best thing since sliced bread .
bayern was running over teams like roma before Pep got there btw .

I didn't see the match but is the score legit/correct or is the result a bit harsh for Roma ?

Bayern tore them apart in the first half. Roma was better in the second as Bayern went down a notch. Tho if Roma were clinical could've been a 7-3 or even 4 for scoreline instead, but Neuer was amazing.

Well I see your involvement in that quite well, he does good praise him, he does bad defend him.
Anyways lets stop derailing the thread now. This is Bayern Munich group discussion and Pep is their manager, so if I or any other Barcelona fan decide to praise him, be humorous about something then this is the topic we can do so. If you want to complain just send a message to a admin or mod.

Even when Rudi Garcia was Lille manager he conceded 5 goals from Bayern in first half (the match ended 6-0 then ) . Awful tradition with them.

Not every fan who purports to follow Roma are Roma fans. True Roma fans know that Juve didn't cheat in that game and that none of these players who played hard, but were poor tonight deserve to be sold (common things that faux Romanisti have said).
I don't blame you though. I'd probably have similar emotion if this had happened to Juve tonight. I personally think it could've since we're on the same level.
Good point, its just frustrating when you hear all of these accusations being leveled on our club.

The way you'll beat Pep is either when he tried to do his Einstein experiments playing CB as striker, midfielder as defender, Winger as full back, full back as midfielder etc, by doing what Dutch/Chile did to Spain in WC, what Bayern did to us in in the semi, Dortmund did to Bayern, etc or you simply park the bus. Pep weakness with defensive/counter attacking side at times is the high back line he plays.
I'd like to stress that it was KLINSMANN'S Bayern. With Christian Lell against Messi.

Watching the highlights.....is there a reason Roma didn't sign a keeper in the summer? De Sanctis was beyond awful.

If you put one game against him, then you would have to hold every game where he not scores against a striker, too.Zealous wrote:Yes he deserved the Balon D'Or when he got stuffed with 5 goals in a CL game that actually mattered lol

Yup, your right I don't why I keep thinking Jupp was there for 3 season. I know, but it was still Bayern

Bayern manager Guardiola, however, refuses to get carried away. 'This is a fluke,' the 43-year-old said after the match.

Agree. Cole was probably the worst outfield player. Robben utterly emasculated him. Holebas honestly did much better.
That said, losing the midfield battle lost us this game very early. Bayern did to us what we did to CSKA basically.

Re: Champions League 2014/15 | Group E
I knew this was coming, this Roma side isn't build for defensive football and in UCL that's what you need in some games because you face strong teams not cesena,Udinese,Chievo etc, Roma may be on Juve's level but not on defensive level in terms of playing let's say bunker when needed.
I am not happy as Italian football lost today, I'm sorry fellows romanisti, I hope you pass the groups because I know you are capable.
Cole and Evra so far

you have to understand, they think if they just show enough devotion he will have mercy/come to his senses and return to them.
"Noone will love you as I do" etc.
That's also why they cling to every bit of news, however false or made up by their own papers lol, that Pep isn't appreciated and treated right at Bayern.
Typical behaviour for people who have been left tbf.
Goes to show though they're still not over it.
