I think 3-5-2 is the ideal fit with the players they have.With 4-3-3,either you have to play Rooney outwide or completely drop him.Either ways Mata would have to be dropped in both formations.

Yes we have got these players. but apart from a 60 mins or so shift from herrera and a single match of di maria. who have you seen in our colors. it was young valencia and fletcher who played in the last match alongside di maria. So before you run into conclusions, its better if you just wait a bit.

He didn't average 3 goals every 4 games at Monaco... he had 12 goals in 20 games and 11 of them happened by the end of November 2013.

As i said, he had very little say or influence on Monaco's performance since he got there. James was the big loss.

It's not such a bad deal for United, not sure what people are crying about. You can control games by scoring goals and if Falcao goes back to the player he used to be, he will fest on United putting the ball in the box for him.

Rojo and Dani Blind will help out at the back and in midfield, since i assume Dany Blind will act as DM when Shaw is fit. Rojo will continue playing CB as he did at sporting.

Mata on the wing would be terrible.I just feel that midfield trio in the 3-5-2 would provide better balance to the team.
