Man City v Liverpool was pretty entertaining.

Jovetic and to a lesser extent Markovic both looked good. Two players I wanted to end up at Arsenal. Sad

Dying to play vs United with 3-5-2.

Leaves insane amount of space for a sharp number 10.

United were playing a lot of young players, but they were dire on the night and outplayed by MK Dons, a League 1 side, for most of it. Afobe took both his goals with a lot of confidence. He may have found a home now.

Just looking at their defence makes me a lot less worried about them, even after signing Di Maria. They've not got a defender that stands out as quality, and as a unit they're struggling right now.

Still expecting them to hold their hoodoo over us, of course.

United will lose 36 out of 38 games. While winning the 2 against us home n away.

We can't beat them lol. We lost against a united side with Fabio n Rafael on the wings with O'Shea and Brown at CB. We lost to David moyes when WBA, Swansea went out and beat them at O.T.

Time to take a pass on Welbeck after that. That is a confidence crushing loss.

Costa potentially injured. Big blow for Chelsea if true.

They also have a hard list of fixtures coming up which I posted in the Chelsea section too.;

"From R2, your fixtures alternate between scrub fixture and one of the 10-12 toughest fixtures of the season.

Leicester home (Scrub)
Everton away (Top 10)
Swansea home (Scrub)
City away (Top 10)
Villa home (Scrub)
Arsenal home (Top 10)
Palace away (Scrub)
United away (Top 10)
QPR home (Scrub)
Pool away (Top 10)
Baggies home (Scrub)
Sunderland (End pattern)

That may hurt you, you will struggle for consistency. I'll bump this thread in a few months."

They could struggle at Goodison without him.

Yeah, when their options are a 36-year-old Drogba and Torres who looks likely to be off they could find it difficult but I wouldn't put it past them to find goals elsewhere in their team.

But a lot of teams will struggle at Goodison Park hopefully.

a bit old but, yes, ironic that Mourinho became the voyeur he disrespectfully accused Wenger of being nearly a decade ago

this Chelsea is really scary...

-------------------------------COURTOIS-----------------------------

IVANOIC-----CAHILL------TERRY-------AZPILICUETA

-----------RAMIRES----------MATIC--------------

---------SCHURLE--------FABREGAS------HAZARD--------

-----------COSTA--------------

Fraudinho with his unlimited millions, has assembled an beautiful all attacking eleven in 4-2-3-1.. something exactly what Wenger tried to build over the years.. but couldnt fulfill due to circumstances and problems not his..

an all round CF (RVP - Costa).. a second prolific goal scorer in RW (Walcott - Schurle).. creative master no.10 ( the same Fabregas ).. a direct creative dribbler on left (Nasri - Hazard).. a double pivot.. with one strong defensive minded player (Song - Matic).. the second more of a b2b (Wilshere - Ramires).. ball playing attacking minded CBs and FBs.. Almunia and Courtois needs no comparison though..

--------------------------ALMUNIA----------------------------

SAGNA-----GALLAS------VERMAELEN------CLICHY

-----------SONG-------WILSHERE-------------

-------WALCOTT--------FABREGAS--------NASRI-------

-------------RVP-------------

we didnt achieve anything in that 2010-11 after competing on all 4 fronts.. hopefully the same happens to Chelsea this season..
