So Arsenal will be soon out of Europe that means our only chance is to displace Scums from the top 4.

- I always wanted Arsenal with us to finish in top 4

^ We're only 3 pts behind Arsenal and the form-team of the LEAGUE (And top 5 form team in entire Europe) ....not sure why you think Arsenal are un-catachable.
That GD hurts though. We really need Norwich promoted, I don't want us to miss out on top 4 because of freaking GD this season as we missed out on the title for the same reason last.
Hope Sturridge can find his shooting boots soon, because we need to bridge the GD gap. (if we beat Man u 5-0, then it's automatically taken care of )

yeah because of GD and we will play away at Emirates against Arsenal, because of these two reasons I think we are very likely to finish behind them. Also, they seem to be just behind us in the form table in this year.
The only thing which is probably same is the fixture list. We both have similar fixtures against top 4. We play with each other, and both are still to play against Chelsea and ManUtd in the coming weeks.

Also, ManUtd are still to play against:
Spurs (H)
Liverpool (A)
ManCity(H)
Chelsea(A)
Everton(A) no hopes from the bitters here but I guess the scums have poor record at Goodison park.
Arsenal(H)
So out of remaining 11, they have 6 relatively difficult fixtures so it just means that we have to keep doing our job and they will do theirs (which is to drop points against these teams)

I don't think we will overtake Arsenal, but it's on with ManU. The game at Anfield will be huge.

Re: Rival Thread: 2014-15
Wow, missed a few comments here. A pleasure to chip in now:
You are still a pos But thats ok.
We have actually been struggling all month. We scraped past Leicester, almost bottled it at Crystal Palace, got thumped in the derby, raped at home against Monaco, and I am still wondering how we won yesterday - that only shows how shite Everton is this season.
I am worried because that complacence is what resulted in that wonderful midweekdisaster performance ... :/ which brings me to:
Another R16 exit I want to find a corner and cry. Again. It is the same damn thing every February. I hate February.
Watch us bottle it again at OT to LVG's Yantited of all teams AGAIN and also crash out of FA Cup and end trophyless (I still count 4th place trophy and doubt we will finish even with that).
We are most definitely catchable. We are mental midgets. Basically, this race is so tight that every draw or loss will result in an overhaul in the table. We might have a resonably favourable fixture list, but given that your 'death run' barely saw you capitulate, I very much expect you guys to push on now.
Besides, we have 2 trips to OT left - FA Cup and league. Watch us bottle both and then have a customary 2 week crapfest after each game.
I don't expect us to win against yer lot at the Emirates. If Crystal Palace can make us shit our knickers and Monaco and Spuds ( )can rape us, I fully expect an astute Brenda and a motivated Liverpool to also kill us. Besides, you guys are playing some excellent football and we are pretty much scrubbing it - don't let the damn form table fool you.
This fixture list is my single biggest hope for scraping into top 4. Watch LVG transform them into some unbeaten streak meanwhile
In summary, I wish I could share the optimism you guys have for our season.

When you played against ManUtd or Chelsea I also supported you guys but right now I dont want any team to get ahead of us on points so much. We need to keep hanging around so that we have some psychological advantage otherwise we are done for this season. And what are you worrying about Arsenal are anyways going to finish in top 4

4th for us will be brilliant, Arsenal are too experienced to bottle 3rd imo.
The league is so inconsistent this year that Wenger might get 3rd.
I really can't believe how we've turned it around, We are actually back in it. Get in!

2) Man City - 58 (+32)
3) Arsenal - 54 (+23)
4) Man Utd - 53 (+21)
5) Liverpool - 51 (+12)
6) Tottenham - 50 (+7)
7) Southampton - 49 (+19)
Fixtures Next Matchday:
Arsenal vs. West Ham
Burnley vs. Man City
Chelsea vs. Southampton
Man Utd vs. Tottenham
Swansea vs. Liverpool
Most would probably feel a draw is best between United and Spurs but I think Spurs winning is better for us. I'm gonna hate rooting for Chelsea this matchday but we're gonna need to those pos' to beat Soton for us. And of course if Big Sam could do us a favor on Arsenal, it would complete a great weekend. The ManCity match is a bonus really. I'm not expecting 2nd place but it sure as hell would be nice if we put some pressure on them.
Above all really, just win our match. I don't give a damn about other results as long as we win our games top 4 is in our hands.

Re: Rival Thread: 2014-15
It's a tricky game against Swansea, they are good at home.
I actually feel more scared of Tottenham than Man United, maybe I shouldn't but that's how I feel. ManU have got plenty of tough games coming and I just can't get it how they've gotten the results to be currently 4th when their football has been very uninspiring. I think both us and Tottenham have a good chance of finishing above them, but our respective games against them decide a lot in that regard. I think I'd like them to draw.
Arsenal will beat West Ham.
Burnley got a draw not long ago from the Etihad
