I don't know why Ba would be leaving. I think Eto'o is certain to leave and Torres is certain to stay. If Lukaku returns, the combination of Costa-Lukaku-Torres will be enough only if the former two keeps performing at this years level, at least. Do you have any young striker who could be drafted in and be good enough for few minutes here and there and odd games in CC/FAC!!! Three CF is only good when one of them isn't Torres.

Eto'o could leave but I could see him stay too, there has been no news on that front so either is possible.
