Signing Nainggolan made perfect sense then.Letting go of an inferior midfielder in return for a much superior midfielder :coffee:

Mind-boggling indeed. Matters little to me where he goes though as long as he's getting games. When it comes to Bradley, gotta support my country over my club.

That's part of what's so confusing though. At best, he'll only start getting game time in March if he moves to MLS.  scratch

No City ain't got him yet, bet you would be happy if he partnered Yaya though then the title will surely be won by your beloved Man City Proud.

Well it's this or he rides the pine for most of the 2nd half of the season. Nainggolan's signing knocks him down a peg in the pecking order. As much as I don't want to admit that, it's honestly what's going to happen.

Figure of around 7m is being thrown around. Considering we got him for just under 4, that's good business from Sabatini.

Either way, a huge move for MLS and for Toronto as well as Bradley himself. Extremely rare that a seasoned player like him comes back home in his prime.

I don't think this will be the last we see of him in Europe though if this goes through.

Doesn't really matter how it's dressed up, this proposed move looks nothing but stupid to me. Can't see how Bradley can think this is a good move for his career or the USMNT.

Sorry mate, but I have not seen anything from Nianggolan that makes him "much superior" to Bradley. I mean what does the guy needs to do to actually prove that he is a very good midfielder. He was the best player at Cheivo by a mile, and was above decent for Roma throughout the two seasons.

Alsom I would take Bradely over Monti and Muntari at ACM. We need to shoot one of the min the head and sell their organs to finance the move though.

FFS, you think some of them would learn something from Sahin, but no, they all have to try banging their head against a brick wall for a while don't they.

If Reus decides to leave, there will be numerous club that would beat Utd for his signature. It is not only about BVB agreeing a deal but where he wants to go, I think i made this point earlier also

Bradley has 6.5 million reasons a year to go to Toronto FC. That's a long way from where he started in MLS making $35,000 a year. He was only making $1.2 million after taxes at Roma. How could you say no, especially after just having his first child.

However, this transfer just makes me feel ill, because it hurts Roma and the National Team. Great visibility for MLS though and a huge get for a great young player not even in his prime yet.

Roma lose the only player on their books to never lose to Juventus

That's my information, too. The release clause can only be activated in 2015.

Damn if El Pais says it, it has some reliability. Modric would be great for United, but 40m is a ridiculous price for him.
