What body of work at LFC? Swansea I can give some credit but even then they've been more successful without him ever since

Yeah that's my fear, i can already imagine the next pleb coming in.

Long overdue.

I do not hate Brandan like the rest of my fellow Reds did yet I never was in favour of his hiring, still reeling after the harsh sacking of Kenny.

I saw and know the potential he banks within him; a man known from being clueless, thus embarking upon trips in Spain, Netherlands and Germany to learn outside the closed tactical channel of England.

He came in with a philosophy that quite didn't click, his 2nd season promising and though not quite carried by SAS as many say, it needed to be replicated in some form or another yet arrogance clicked in, as so did the excuses and so did the premise that he simply is not ready for such a challenge and overachieved within his best.


Some way or another Brendan did not hold enough conviction within his tactics and himself to follow through with ideas once held so strongly by him, yet abandoned and swept under the rug.

I do wish him well and predict he'll have a modestly successful managerial career, yet he never was the man for us and was picked by a baseball tycoon who were simply impressed by his presentation, and we all knew Brendan was a great talker with his inspiring words and mettle, yet he could not follow through.

Now I can actually watch my club with passion again, not going back into the days of hoping for their loss like I did during Hodgson's time.

I do not know nor will speculate who will be our manager as the talk will be raging now. Yet someone with actual tactical nous beyond just ideas and one who is a proven winner.
