For me, this most improved player actually is Ramsey. Just throwed out Jonathan's name because he deserved to be recognised. Add in Leandro Castan as well. Went from 'scrub' to 'underrated' this season. Diego Costa shifted another gear too and Lukuaku seems to be getting better and better.

Callejon deserves to be mentioned absolutely

Gervinho has done a lot more for Roma than score. His pace had shredded defenses and created space and chances. He's also provided quite a few of those chances himself with good crossing and final balls. He's been virtuoso since finding his feet and is a farcry from what he was with Arsenal.

Maicon on the other hand has definitely stabilized himself, but is he the monstrous RB of 3 or 4 years ago? Not even close honestly. He may very well never get back that type of form whereas Gervinho looks pretty likely to replicate something resembling his blistering form during his Lille days.
