Maybe it's my American bias, but I've seen him play much better for USA (where he is considered one of our all-time best midfielders) than he has at Roma and I've just not been able to shake the feeling that it's probably his role within the Roma team that is holding him back and not his ability as a player. He was an quite an important player for Chievo, we must remember.

I personally think he's just too similar to DDR, who is tactically the better midfielder.

After an appeal, the Federal Court have confirmed that Inter fans will be allowed into the Curva for the match. Roma can also count on their Curva Sud supporters this weekend against Catania, after they won their appeal for similar incidents.

No no McLewis I have nothing against Bradley, for me he is decent - good, simply I think there is too much hype about him .. opinions

Tomwin Lannister wrote:Yeah Bradley is 'decent' and nothing more
I was pretty shocked when about 6 months ago everybody started hyping him as this great & ever improving midfielder. Madness
Tomwin Lannister wrote:I far from 'hate' Bradley. I think he's a good player. I don't see him being anything more than good and I never have.

exactly , this is what I think.

Inter & Roma win Curva appeals
By Football Italia staff

Inter will have their Curva Nord open for this weekend’s derby against Milan, it has been confirmed.

The Nerazzurri were due to have their ultras section of the San Siro closed on Sunday after they were found guilty of chanting ‘discriminatory’ remarks against Napoli.

However, after an appeal, the Federal Court have confirmed that Inter fans will be allowed into the Curva for the match.

Roma can also count on their Curva Sud supporters this weekend against Catania, after they won their appeal for similar incidents.

Good team although I can't comment on Jorginho since I don't often watch Verona. Also might replace Palacio with Tevez.

Perin
Maicon-Benatia-Barzagli-Chiellini
Pogba-Strootman
Cerci-Rossi-Palacio
Tevez
Honorable mentions:Buffon,Vidal,Borja Valero ,Pjanic, Callejon, Jorginho,Totti,Toni,Immobile.

It was harsh to leave Vidal out, since i wanted 4 attackers in my team and those 4 attackers have been extremely decisive for their respective sides.

I think Vidal has had a slightly better overall campaign than Pogba including Europe but if i take only league into account,Pogba just edges him in my opinion. Those first few months where Juve were struggling for form,Pogba was decisive ,plus he's had some clutch goals this campaign too.(5 goals and 5 assists so far).

Tevez has been on and off while Palacio has been very consistent for a long time now and he certainly outshined Tevez this season.

Brazil boss Luiz Felipe Scolari wasn’t left that impressed by the performance of Kaka in the Milan derby.

The tactician was in the stands at San Siro last night as Inter defeated the Rossoneri 1-0 with a late Rodrigo Palacio goal.

“I came to take a look at the Brazilians, but they played normal,” he stated. “Kaka didn’t have a great game, he wasn’t bad but he didn’t shine either.

“I don’t know if I will call up Kaka for the World Cup. I came to look at him and Inter’s Jonathan and Juan Jesus.

Poor Kaka No Scolari just had to come in one of his worst games of the season.

I'll post my team after some more thought.

Some interesting  stats and facts i picked up from Opta.

17-Fiorentina are the only side to have recorded a possession higher than 50% in each of their 17 Serie A games this season. Control.

18 -Mario Balotelli has scored the most goals in Serie A in 2013 (18).

7 -Cerci has delivered the most assists so far in this #SerieA season, 7.

10 - The goals scored by Catania in this Serie A, 8 players across Europe's top-5 leagues have scored more goals than the Sicilians.

1111- Daniele De Rossi has attempted the most passes so far in this Serie A season.

Lets try a 3-4-3 for a change

De Sanctis
Benatia - Barghzagli - Bonucci
Cerci - DDR - Strootman - Cuardado
Gervinho - Higuain - G.Rossi

Very offensive, but what the hell.. Very Happy

Milan's CL hopes are pretty much over, we've only won 4 games out of 17 fixtures so far.

27 points behind 1st place..

13th place...

5 points ahead of relegation zone..

A comeback like last year simply won't happen as the teams this year are much better. So they are less likely to drop points.

Actually same time last year,Milan were 17 points off 1st place. So not only the teams around them are much better this year, the deficit is also much larger.

Btw it seems Lazio could replace Petkovic with Edy Reja and Petkovic on the other hand will become Switzerland's coach from July 2014.
