Put the weight of your pro down to about 130, he'll be more agile instead of sluggish. hmm

Yea i put my weight down to the lowest without affecting my strength. It's so weak now and i can't win any battles. Might move it back again.

Custom tactics only do half the job

You need to play to your tactics strength, like last night you selected 'counter attack' but played out your own box really slowly, so all it does is mess you up instead of help you.
