It is going to be very interesting to see how monaco and psg perform and how they match up to each other. Do you think psg are going to come out on top by a distance? or is it going to be tight? Ligue 1 is the league to watch next season for sure in my opinion. Falcao vs Cavani

I have high hopes for Marseille this season. But i am not happy with Lyon. They did well in keeping Grenier and Gonalons(yet) but they still need to buy CBs and a Striker when Gomis leaves.

If Lyon do that, they will be up there challenging PSG and Marseille

Monaco won't even finish top 3.

Their overall team is still full of scrubs.

Top 3 will be PSG, Marseille and Lyon.

Lyon will spend zero money. They have Benzia to be the CF with Lopez and Lacazette... the CB rotation will be Kone/Bisevac/Umtiti. Sarr is likely out on loan.

Biggest issue they have is RB and i thought they would buy Corchia. They didn't even have the money for that.

Until their new stadium is built, Lyon will rely on their kids only and cheap veterans.

As far as teams to watch: Monaco, PSG, OM, St Etienne, Rennes (Montanier) and perhaps Nice. Lille should be good too.

Even Ranieri is being realistic who's aiming for a finish between 3rd-7th place.

Monaco are much better than OM i'm afraid on paper

Mirin-Abidal-Carvalho is solid on defense

Toulalan-Moutinho is fantastic in the middle

Ocampos-Carrasco-Rodriguez-Falcao is great up front too.

They're also out there buying a couple more players.  My guess is Corchia and either Hulk or Nani.

Depth in the midfield and forwards is very good. Only problem is one fullback and defensive depth.

They can be better on paper, they won't be better on the pitch.

Monaco will finish 4th/5th imo.

Imagine if Lyon from the 00's were playing.

PSG vs Monaco, it's like a crappier La Liga.

Thats why its a shame that Lyon doesnt have the team they had in 00's.
