Tuttosport claims Juventus talks for Angelo Ogbonna are at risk after Napoli offered €15m for the Torino defender.

It is no secret that Juve have been in a series of meetings with local rivals Toro for the Italy international, but there is still no deal.

According to Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, the reason is a last-minute interception from Napoli worth €15m.

Today Torino President Urbano Cairo welcomed Juve directors Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici to his offices for talks worth €11m.

Juventus are unhappy at the sudden rise in price-tag and do not want to take part in a bidding war.

The Bianconeri hope to rely on Ogbonna’s preference for them rather than a move to Napoli, as he has already agreed personal terms for a four-year contract.

It’s not the only Juve-Napoli clash, as the Partenopei have also reportedly offered €27m for Fiorentina’s Stevan Jovetic.

There are also problems for Juventus, as they had hoped to give Torino their half of Under-21 international striker Ciro Immobile as part of the Ogbonna deal.

However, Genoa own the other 50 per cent of Immobile and have made it clear they do not want him joining the Granata.

Torino are trying to buy out Genoa, but negotiations have been difficult and so far without resolution.

Well if this happens and somebody from Juventus comes out and moans about 'balancing the books' and 'FFP' after failing to outbid a club who don't own their own stadium and didn't win the scduettto i'm going to be pissed.

You can't use the money-FFP-Italian economy excuse when competing with an inferior club from the same continent.

Look at Juventus' last season

Own stadium? Check

Scudetto? Check

European run? CL 1/4 final run.

Napoli

Own stadium? No

European run? Dumped out of the Europa

League finish? 2nd

And before anybody mentions the Cavani money, as far as that goes it doesn't even exist yet.

If they want drop 15m for him ,then go ahead..

He's good but not 15m good.We should not look to overpay for backup defenders unless he's a replacement for Barzagli which Ogbonna isnt.

Juve and Toro can't find agreement Juve wants 12-13 mil in installments, Toro wants the money right away plus Immobile refuses to join Torino - Di Marzio

19:24 - Arrive further updates on the lack of agreement between Juventus and Torino for Ogbonna and the possible revival of Naples. As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, leaders Juventus and the grenade would not have found the agreement on the formula of payments: Juventus have apparently asked the Taurus to pay these 12 to 13 million euro more annual installments, instead the leadership grenade wanted them almost all at once or at least in the short term. That's why there's been this braking today in the negotiation. Braking should not lead to the breakup, because Juventus want to do this, because the player wants to go to Juventus. The Napoli also does not confirm these rumors. Indeed, it denies - reports Sky Sports - There's a little 'momentary friction between Juventus and Torino, but the intention is to do the operation because of EUR 12 to 13 million today are a substantial figure and Juventus put them cash there, on the plate of Turin. Among other things, Still, it seems can not go to the Taurus because Preziosi has not reached an agreement with Cairo to give her half. The Bull wanted to take all property, is half of that of Juventus Genoa, but there were problems with the president rossoblù. Juventus, however, the operation would only cash, with these 12 to 13 million. Must be solved the problems related to payment.

17:00 - Napoli tip forcefully Angelo Ogbonna (25) and try to overtake the last corner against Juventus. The rumor is Tuttosport colleagues. After the summit between the leaders Juventus and garnet, Cairo has made the price for the central defender: 15 million euro. Juve are not willing to negotiate on those numbers while Napoli would be ready to offer the full amount requested by the Torino just to blow Ogbonna to Juventus. The Old Lady did not want to participate in an auction but aims to enforce the will of the boy who long ago chose to move from the other side of Turin. That club De Laurentiis could be considered a defiance, an attempt to put a spoke in the wheels Juve who is trying to rip right at the Neapolitan Zuniga.

14:50 - From Tuttosport comes more rumors on the meeting took place this morning in Milan between the vertices of Juventus and Torino to treat the passage in black and white by Angelo Ogbonna: "After almost a couple of hours of top-Juventus Turin (this morning in the offices President grenade Cairo, alongside with the ds Petrachi: in front of the Guild to Marotta and ds), Ogbonna is in fact in the hands of Juventus - Marco Bonetto reports on Tuttosport.com -. been moved another step forward substantially in the negotiations, which saw its first breakthrough a few weeks ago, when the defender del Toro found an agreement with the leaders of Juventus, as the new player's contract. The situation is constantly changing at this time. Marotta Cairo and led the negotiations this morning following a two-track: the ability to enter in the operation immediately transfer the attacker Building, or the opportunity alternative to an agreement based solely on cash, with multi-year payment (something like installments spread over at least three seasons). Obviously the formal evaluation of the entire tag Ogbonna is subject to evaluations slightly different, depending on the presence or absence of counterparts (and beyond the value of the latter.) The vertices of Torino and Juventus have taken of time, before making a final decision. They expect news soon, now. Meanwhile, Cairo is accelerating even on how to engage the defender Bovo linked to the operation Ogbonna. Bovo is output from Genoa, Genoa that same which owns the second half Immobile (Juventus is the club co-owner). Ogbonna For Juventus is one step, now. "

12:50 - According to Sky Sports, the encounter between Juventus and Torino for Ogbonna lasted about an hour and a half. The summit was held in Milan in the offices of Cairo was also present Petrachi sports director of the grenade, the Bianconeri were Marotta and Guild. The deal for the defender class '88 continues positively. The Turin asked about 10 million Euros and no return, possibly Building will be treated separately. The bomber-21 really like the grenade. Marotta and Guild, at the end of the meeting, they did not want to comment. The two companies will meet again in the coming days.

11:45 - Juventus and Angelo Ogbonna, 25-year-old central defender of Turin, could tie the lawful, and looked forward to the wedding, in the day today: as reported by "Gazzetta.it" In fact, the leaderships of the Turin club they would be meeting you at this time in Corso Magenta in Milan, in the offices of "Cairo Communications", to define the future of the boy. At the moment, the possible scenarios to see Ogbonna wear the shirt of Juventus are two: pay to Torino 12 million euro cash, or € 8 million plus half of the tag Ciro Immobile, bomber jackets that hold the Bianconeri in co-ownership with Genoa . In the latter case, however, the Taurus will also feel the Ligurian club, which owns the sporting rights of property, and asking 4 million Euros to sell his half of the tag. The general impression, however, is that, of the meeting today, Juve can find the final agreement with the "cousins" to purchase official Ogbonna player strongly backed by the technical staff and management of the club champion of 'Italy.

That's a little unnecessary. Not wanting to join the local derby rivals of the club that made him into what he is (irrelevant of however good he is or isn't) should be completely understandable. I'm hoping he stays in Genova and tries to make a name for himself there for his sake.

And hopefully Ogbonna refuses Napoli and tries to force the toro to lower their asking price a bit.

No, his comments about wanting to celebrate against Juve and just disrespecting Juventus in his comments makes him a dick

If he feels that way he should keep it to himself.

If we want to buy a vice-Barzagli and a vice-Pirlo we should:

A) Sell Matri, Quag, and De Ceglie
B) Bring in Gabb
C) Use sold funds to bring in Ogbonna
D) Either buy Poli to cover Pirlo or use money to buy Kolarov
