And see 'Ned stark dies..."

Google probably doesn't have a top suggestion of 'Sean Bean Ned Stark dies' waiting to *bleep* you up at the blink of an eye.

Assuming that Robb could ever act as Tywin Lannister ..

first of all , after he reads Sansa's letter and gets that Cercei is behind it , he responds by saying that as long as his father remains alive and unharmed , he's willing to arrive at King's Landing to swear fealty to the Crown , in order for his life to be spared and spent the rest of his life in the Night's Watch . Robb also vows that he will do everything in his power to bring Tyrrion Lannister back safe when he arrives at King's Landing and resolve the misunderstanding between them , mentioning he intends to honour the betrothal of Sansa and Joffrey . Cercei is more than pleased with the responce and sends a letter back which says the King awaits his arrival and that as long as the afforementioned are kept intact to the last word , the King will spare Neds life.

He then raises his bannermen to his cause and arrives at the Twins and he marries the Frey girl right there without much glamour and feasting and what not , strengthens his army with Freys and moves south , securing the entrance to the North and consolidates the Twins by his side once and for all.

Tywin and Jaime Lannister get informed of Robb Starks intentions and although suspicious , stand their hand for the time being and so far no real battle happens between them. After a while , Tyrion arrives at Tywin's army after his adventure in the Vale and informs his father about what Catelyn did and why he took him captive. He then commands Jaime and his army to return at King's Landing and Tywin sends a letter to Robb which proposes a common alliance between them , one which suggests that the Starks will have to prove their loyalty to the Crown by fighting next to him against Stannis or Renly or both . Robb agrees , mentioning that it is his duty and he means to honour the betrothal his grandson and his sister have above all.

So after they combine forces Ned Stark cannot be harmed but stays a prisoner untill they can clear things out. Renly dies and that leaves only Stannis as usurper. Now Robb , joins Tywin's march in King's Landing along with Highgarden and smash Stannis once and for all. Then after proving their supposed fealty to the Crown , Sansa which is betrothed to Joffrey is going to marry him .

Tywin Lannister , after all that happened , thinks of Robb Stark as more controlable than the honourable Ned Stark , but in order to keep Robb close to him and prevent further trouble between them and the North , he pretends to believe Ned Stark's fake confesion about how he commanded Catelyn to abduct Tyrion , accusing Stannis was responsible and made him believe Joffrey was a bastard , plus the case with Jon Aryn.

Cercei can live with the fact that Ned Stark will dissapear from her life , nevertheless she is powerless for anything else as well , because she could never hope to say the truth to her father about Joffrey . Tywin convinces and makes sure King Joffrey spares his life and Ned goes to the Night's Watch.

Ned Stark gets rid of all titles and honours and never gets to learn what happens at his daughter's marriage , untill it's too late and his a sworn Brother of the Night's Watch.

Margeary who always wanted to be THE queen , agrees to participate in Robb Starks plot and slaughter the Lannisters in Joffrey's and Sansa's wedding. An even bigger Red Wedding occurs but with the Lannisters being the victim this time , with Robb Stark killing Cercei when dancing the Rains Of Castamere and the massacre begins , in the same fashion it did in the original . Lannisters are getting massacred by the combined forces of the Stark-Tyrell army . Lannisters were also betrayed by Littlefinger , who had bought the golden cloaks and some of the Kingsguard appointed by Cercei .

Robb Stark who never sealed the marriage with the Frey girl has her poisoned and gets to marry Margeary Tyrell and offer Casterly Rock to the Tyrells , with Sansa marrying Loras Tyrell , a notion which Varys proposed to Robb Stark . Varys was also a major player behind this scheme , having convinced the Lannisters that Robb Stark is going to dissapear once and for all from King's Landing once the marriage is over and with Stannis still not being defeated , they should keep him close.

So now with the Lannisters gone , he has saved his father's live , even if it meant he had to join the Night's Watch and punished the Lannisters once and for all.

Robb Stark becomes the King of the Seven Kingdoms with a chick like Margeary next to him as queen and the only enemie he has to deal with , is a devastated Stannis and laughable Walder Frey , who would probably conspire with the Ironborn and assault the North together. More or less and not taking into concideration the things that come after , that is what it would look like if Robb was acting like Tywin would in his place.
