OT: I think the Muriel deal might be a high risk move for Liverpool, the kid still needs to mature as well as improve decision making imo. I've seen him far too many times not making the right pass in the final 1/3. Still, he can improve

i wanna tell u taht ricky is a great player, he has the natural argentinian sprint, quick and aggressiveness, he is left but plays really good with both legs, also he can play every position in the court, he played as right or left winger, also he can play in the middle side
his shooting n passing skills are awesome, i think he will improve his strenght, n body size in Italy too.

Almost 8 years since the last post of this thread he has reached his prime.

Is he the best striker supersub in football? At Atalanta he has the reputation of scoring as he enters the field and doing so in spectacular and clutch ways as well.

Its amazing to see him in the capo table the last two seasons from while coming from the bench. 20 goal seasons with limited minutes.

He is that type of player that we've been waiting for almost 8 years. Now he's finally came.

The very nice "problem" for Gasperini is that he has Ilicic, Zapata, Muriel, and until recently Papu. No one deserves to be on the bench. I do prefer Ilicic-Zapata in general as a duo, particularly in terms of style and complementarities, but Muriel's level this season has been amazing. The kind of goals and shots he is hitting are beautiful to watch.
