Both teams have been simply spectacular this season and i hope they will give us a night to remember , before anything . Both deserve their place in this final.

Dortmund couldn't possibly have a tougher opponent tonight , even though they are very capable of winning it in the end , without a doubt. Bayern will play their 3rd final since 09-10 and the 2nd in a row . Experience they don't lack for sure , but pressure will be immense tonight for Bayern , especialy after losing it on home soil last year.

May ze best German club win

I must admitt it would be interesting watching how the Bayern players would react short term and long term to choking again in the final. But I won't mind if Bayern win it.


But naturally, supporting the underdog is more entertaining anyway. Plus Me and my boys are all Hardcore BVB fans.

How injured is Gotze? Unless his leg is hanging off or something, surely he can play with some injections/tablets/whatever? I'm sure Bayern wouldn't injure their future teammate.

I think this is hard to do , even for this Bayern.If they walk this particular final , i'll have no words really. Dortmund have shown to be no push overs and they know how to run more than the opponent , even though Bayern certainly have shown how to be the tyrant during big games this season .

However , i do agree that past experience will have it's say here. They may as well take Dortmund by surprise in the early stages, though i am sure Klopp will have done his best to prepare his team as best as possible. Something very interesting as well , is the fans reactions in the last 15 minutes of the final , when previous never munchen chocking memories will awake

i guess it will be down to the scoreline afterall, but i can't wait to find out.

I think he has a muscle tear.

Gotze was my favourite BVB player. I really wanted to see him in action today. And since he's been ruled out, the match has lost a lot of excitement IMO.

Though that excitement may come back if Leitner was starting

With Kagawa they went out 4th in the CL group stage, so it is a bit relative whether they were better. ^^

Agree with others that are saying the match lost its excitement when Gotze was announced injured.

Don't get me wrong, it'll still be exciting (or so I hope), but it would've been 100x more exciting with Gotze playing.

Getting really excited now guys..anyway...as for my prediction i think Dortmund will win the cup...just have a gut feeling.

I can only see a Bayern win. They are better overall, and Dortmund dotn have Gotze, which is such a huge loss. Bayern are hungry and will want to make u pfor their CL misses in the last few seasons. Dortmund are impressive and very good but not this good to win it from such a Bayern team.

I think I'd like Franz Beckenbauer's prediction: 2:2 after 90min, 3:3 after extra time and then right into a penalty shoot-out with the goalies being the heroes!

Gotze , no Gotze.. there's a whole forest up ahead and some look at a tree ? ok his absence won't go unnoticed , but there are so , so many things to be excited about .

Although i admit , with Gotze it would make things more complicated. Imagine him scoring the winning goal
