Do you think Pep Guardiola can teach tiki taka to FC Bayern Munich effectively?
So Pep's mission is to replicate the current barca generation? Can you see Pep transforming Bayern into playing an effective form of tiki taka that rivals barca's? For me i just can't see how he is going to do it, but if he does how long do you think it will take? What do you guys think?

Define "Tiki-Taka" first?

Tiki-taka is a style of play in football characterised by short passing and movement, working the ball through various channels, and maintaining possession. The style is primarily associated with La Liga club FC Barcelona from Johan Cruyff's tenure as manager to the present, and the Spanish national team under managers Luis Aragonés and Vicente del Bosque. Tiki-taka moves away from the traditional thinking of formations in football to a concept derived from zonal play

I'm not even bothering. People are deluded if they think tiki taka exists. If the question is can Pep coach BAyern to play like he diod with Barcelona, the answer is yes. All he needs to do is coach their positioning like he did with barca. Bayern players are as intelliugent. Remmeber Barca players had never played like that in their lives as well.

Bayern's average possession is 63.6% this season in the league, so I'm sure they're used to play possession.

Guardiola's job won't be to change Bayern, his job will be to maintain them just as they are

The thing is i'm sure Guardiola will want to leave his 'mark' on FCB, instead of pretty much doing a maintanance job. He will most likely change the style. If it can possible be a positive change and how much he changes it remains to be seen.

Bayern are doing well right now, however they haven't won the CL yet.
If they fail to win it, then Guardiola can make slight adjustments to their current tactics.

I don't want Bayern playing tiki-taka. Guardiola's not going to make Barca lite, not considering Bayern already have a very solid setup that does not need much tweaking.
His job would be to maintain it, and perhaps improve it somewhat. I'm not sure how much freedom Guardiola would be getting, but I'd me satisfied with some sexy attacking football while at the same time maintaing the Bayern ideals.

He won't point out tiki taka to them per say. Possession football, yes, but I reckon he'd adjust a little to what they're used to with a few tweaks here and there.

what is this tiki taka you speak of?
Yea he will make the same change he made in Barcelona. Change the way the mf and defense position themselves and hopefully make them better. This team is as talented if not more so than the team he took over in 2008. It is very feasable. It might not be exactly the same, he might imprint his style on it bt retain the functionality that Bayern teams generally have.
