Technically City don't use DMs, there is no reason at all that he can't play alongside Yaya and have their own version of Martinez-Piggy.

Martinez and Piggy don't act as DMs either.

I'd argue Barry isn't a DM, the reason they struggle so much with Garcia is because he is and it limits their build up play.

In any case are we certain Mancini will even be there
