Nah lower league football in England back in the 80s was basically kill or be killed. They only hired referees with extensive history of cataracts running in the family and players used to dip their studs in sulphuric acid before every game

that has happened to me before in real life. dumbest feeling ever, 2 soft yellows in a minute. and mine happened even earlier in the match so i felt even worse.

welp, nothing he could do about it, the first yellow was extremely soft and the handball wasnt intentional but thats the thing in liga bbva so it doesnt matter.

LOL at that Muntari video the funny thing is it was two legit yellows.

The yellows for Ramos however were just poor, is it part of the league rules that a handball regardless of the situation or distance is a yellow or something?

I mean the way I see it happen in la liga strikers might as well just blast the ball at a defender's arm till he gets sent off, its hilarious.

Soft or not Ramos should have been careful, you don't open your hands like that begging the player to shot the ball at you.

Apparently not, since Lass touched the ball with his arm, the ref whistled but didn't give a card, and he would have been sent off.

Not a big fan of conspiracy theories but the ref is from Barcelona. Besides the red card I thought he had a very good game, same cannot be said of last weeks referee.

Ref gave Di Maria a yellow for ignoring his commandment of move away. Di Maria was a bitch after recieving a yellow to think to still continuing moving forward. Stupid git. Still didn't deserve a yellow.

he was stupid for the first yellow, should never have kicked the ball like that but the second one was lolworthy I bet the reff hadn't even finished writing his name on the card before he got too excited and gave him the second yellow

its like they are trying to prove something with these cards :facepalm:
