Re: Di Maria: Real Madrid treated unfairly by referees
Like last season when they were constantly given decisions in their favor? Like the way Ramos and Pepe could assault opposition players in the box and not get sent off or concede a pen? Like every time an opposition player broke the offside trap and was 1 vs 1 with Casillas he got called offside even when he wasn't?Like the way Madrid got loads of dodgy penalties when they needed to score?Like the way Barca weren't getting any penalties awarded until the title race was effectively over? Then suddenly we got awarded loads of penalties so the final statistic didn't look so skewed at the end of the season in favor of Madrid?
Madrid fans have no right to complain after last season, last season was very suspicious to say the least.

Getafe got *bleep* by the officials against Granada yesterday as well, the first penalty was a complete joke and the 2nd one in the last minute was harsh.

While referees certainly played a part last season, what really killed us was our away form. I would say 95% of what happened last season, in fact, was due to the fact that we were shit away from home.

Something i found in as.com. It looks like the only difference from last year is that this season we are doing so good that it does not matter at the end.

At the current point we have 12 points less than last season. it's true that Barca have been great and all but if it wasn't for our shortcoming Barca would've lost more points due to pressure of losing the first place.

Against Valencia, Soldado was onside like 3 times, yet the linesman gave offside.

Referees file complaint against Di Maria
The Spanish Football Federation's disciplinary body has been busy in the wake of Madrid player Ángel Di María's comments in which he insinuated that recent refereeing mistakes were intentional. "There are decisions from the referees that are not errors, they are making bad calls against us", said the Argentine.
As soon as the refereeing organisation got wind of this, things were put into the hands of its legal department which, after a detailed examination, decided to file a complaint with the Competition Committee.
The referees want the Committee to analyse the statements made and, as they attack the refereeing organisation, they believe call its integrity into question.
The Competition committee will now notify Real Madrid so that it can respond. Once that is received, the issue could be resolved, or a special investigation may be opened.
The most likely thing is that Di María will be fined. That is the logical outcome looking at previous similar cases this season. The examining magistrate Juan Miguel Martín Esteban has already drawn up a disciplinary plan for Diop, Juanlu and Wakaso for their comments regarding the refereeing organisation. The two former players likened a decision by Muñiz Fernández to theft, while Wakaso insinuated that there was racism among the referees. The fine for each player could be around €1,500.
Di María has therefore become the fourth player reported by the Comité Técnico de Árbitros (refereeing body) to the Competition Committee this season.
