Real Madrid trying to buy referees in Spain?
Just in :
Vicente (lawyer linesman): "My client was told that he shouldn't worry about influencing game, that this had already happened before." [rac1]
Vicente (lawyer linesman): "My client said he was told he'd get a lower ranking if he didn't agree to favour Madrid in clasico." [rac1]
Vicente (lawyer linesman): "Other linesmen were also pressurized. Let's see if they also denounce it. Two or three could in coming days."
Vicente (lawyer linesman): "He wanted the story out there already. He was heavily pressurized and he decided to act now." [md]
note: linesman asked lawyer not to be named in complaint, but second linesman in the case is working with referee gonzalez gonzalez
note - document: complaint regarding pressure on linesman to favour madrid ahead of clasico at bernabeu in november http://www.cope.es/docs/2015/10/21/19370001_94_36_0.pdf …
Madrid radio Cope confirms story about a complaint regarding pressure on linesman. They name member referee committee and publish document.
Threatened linesman filed formal complaint with anti-corruption prosecutor and Spanish police is now investigating the case. [l'esportiu]
The idea is for the linesman to make the wrong calls, because it causes less upset than when the referee himself makes them. [l'esportiu]
Another linesman, from another referee trio, would also have been given the same instructions to favour Madrid in upcoming clasico. [l'esp]
When linesman refused, he got phone call from inside Spanish federation threatening him that his career could end soon. [l'esportiu]
Linesman got told by his referee that he had been given instructions from referee committee to benefit Madrid in upcoming clasico. [l'esp]
Handball refereeing scandal at Refdrid Liga.
Prologue from last season, 2 crucial handball penalties given for Real Madrid, and 2 crucial handball penalties not given for Barcelona.
Epilogue from this season:
La Liga 15-16
Round 1
Barcelona doesn't get penalty from obvious handball (at 0-0)
Round 2
Barcelona doesn't get penalty from the obvious handball (at 0-0)
Round 3
Barcelona doesn't get penalty from three obvious handballs (at 0-0 and 1-1)
Round 5
Barcelona finally gets non important penalty from obvious handball at 2-0 up against Las Palmas.
So that's 7 crucial handball penalties not given (tied or behind), but one pointless handball penalty given at 2-0 up Las Palmas at home, which proves 100% that there's bias in these decisions. It's to statistically hide the bias.
Referees have took such an aggressive stance for gifting Madrid Refliga this season, that it's actually over.

Refdrid at it again. Trying to now draw their games and have their goals disallowed to hide corruption. Pos team.

Well, this is awkward to say the least. Don't forget to merge this with the La Liga thread RG.

Shit finally starting to hit the fan, or Harmonica vindicated.
I like how they moved from penalty bias to linesman bias, as it's more easily hidden, but as if not more effective. I've suspected that some time now, but didn't come forth with it without 100% proof.
