The problem for most Madrid fans is that, when Mourinho brought them the title with 100 points last year, dethroning Barcelona after years of dominance, they gave him all credit there is in the world for getting rid of Valdano, his tactical approach and the players he used (and got rid of).

Now everyone is going back and questioning ALL those decisions.

i doubt there was a madrid fan who approved of the valdano firing.. i certainly wasnt. valdano is a huge part of madrid and the only reason he was fired was because mourinho doesnt play nice.

besides valdano being fired has nothing to do with our current state. and we found a good replacement (zidane)

I would not sack Mourinho simply because of the CL, that's his main objective this season. If Madrid exit the CL, then I think that's the end for Mourinho.
