No. that's only for FA Cup.

You'd only get to EL if you WIN the COC, if a top 4 team wins it, then the spot goes to the 6th Premier league team

Only in England do we seem to see this. One of the endearing things about English football for me.

Well done Bradford City. They will likely not beat Chelsea, but they'll give em a fight no doubt.

A fantastic fairytale it's been, Bradford's heroics in the Cup.
I don't think Swansea / Chelsea will slip up against them in the final, but nearly every neutral will be rooting for Bradford.
