why Ibra left Barca
Check out Peps reaction after Ibra scored. And then look when Messi scored.
Guardiola really didn't like Ibrahimovic it seems.

Re: why Ibra left Barca
We all know why Ibra left, he loves to be a big fish in small pond and could not fit in the big team with better players than him, who will naturally need better attention. I know most people think it was due to Messi but anyone who saw Barcelona that season knows where Ibra dint fit in.

He left because he was too much of an Alpha Male for Pep to control

Re: why Ibra left Barca
He left because he didn't suit their style, Messi, Xavi and Ineista were better than him, he needs the whole team to play for him and Barca didn't.

Re: why Ibra left Barca
Left because he was scoring too many goals for Messi's liking.

Re: why Ibra left Barca
Unbelievable how people say Ibra flopped - 22 goals and 13 assists in 46 games is a flop? Really?
He left because he was given the cold shoulder from Guardiola ever since he spoke to him about changing his position - because Messi felt he wasn't the main man (Ibra scored more than him at the time and Messi even sent a text to Guardiola "I see I'm not important anymore..." or something like that.)

And how exactly did u manage to get access to Pep's cellphone inbox
Ibra was never better than messi, even if he had more goals than him a that point. He was slow, imobile and lazy and slowed barca's game. When Pep tried to change things and move messi to the center, Ibra's ego didn't take it very well.
He then tried to undermine Pep's authority and from there onwards his days were numbered. Ibra's attitude was toxic to the whole dressing room.
Ibra even quotes in his book that Pep was a philosopher wannabe, talked about leaving sweat and blood on the field and stuff. Whilst messi, xavi and co. paid attention, Ibra says he never paid attention to it. He even goes on to mock messi and xavi for their respect of Pep's authority. This is a no no at Barca. Players work their asses off for each other, no matter the level of stardom.
Ibra wants to be the center of attention wherever he goes. Its all me me, look at me with my kungfu type goals.
Anyways good riddance, messi did surely deliver a CL, and a league trophy when he moved to the center whilst Ibra went back to his old arrogant lazy-I'm the star-self. He did win a seria A but then again, he had plenty of those already. His move to barca was mearnt to be a step up in his career and he blew his chance.
Sorry for the rant but I dislike that arrogant *** with a passion.

he was not a flop but the price he costed, his yield was too low and plus he was hampering their play. And no way at no point of the season Ibra was better or main man than Messi, dont give into this bs by media and Ibra in his book.

Re: why Ibra left Barca
The text message - just search on Google for "Messi text message" - you'll find it.
Messi was always better than Ibra, even Ibra admits this.
"When Pep tried to change things and move messi to the center, Ibra's ego didn't take it very well. " - Pep did this because Messi wanted to be in the center, Ibra as you may say, was slowing down Barca, though I don't believe that, he was still scoring goals - more than Messi - Ibra then went to talk to Pep about it saying he's not as effective etc and ever since, Guardiola has been giving him the silent treatment, the main reason why Ibra started undermining his authority.
Barca fans can hate Ibra but I have no clue how he was a footballing flop. Should blame Pep for spending so much on him and selling him for so little mainly due to his treatment of him. Why would Ibra want to leave? The only club he'd leave Inter for at the time was Barca and it was a dream for him... a dream which was ruined.
We someday may find the truth about Pep-Ibra.
