Le 10 Sport:
Mourinho offered 3 year contract by Chelsea. He would get around 10-15m Euros a year.

Re: Mourinho confirms he's going to Chelsea
If he does end up back in England, pray he doesn't come back with a 3rd UCL title. You guys who are not Chelsea fans wouldn't hear the end of it...
I would like him to stay at Real Madrid but it has gotten to a point where the team has become way too one dimensional and he is too stubborn to do otherwise.

Re: Mourinho confirms he's going to Chelsea
I personally think his elitist attitude, win-at-all costs mentality, drama, and general brilliance at doing his job (argue if you want, but he is a great manager) fit perfectly at Madrid. That said, the relationship between Mou and management has always seemed at best less than amicable and at worst vitriolic. Due to the openness with which he's addressed the issue, it would seem that the clock is ticking on his time at Madrid. I sincerely doubt that he was be managing there at the start of next season.
Likewise, I have my doubts about his supposed return to Chelsea. Most of the rumors seem a little to be too much of a "Man on a White Horse" scenario for me to believe them. Even if it is true, can you imagine Mou's ego after being begged to return and "save" the club?
My money is on PSG, to be honest. I think their project and ability to financial back a manager's vision may appeal to Mou. He has "done" England, Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Why not try France? While the league competition may not be the most challenging, he would be able to focus on making a run at the Champions league.
While this is potentially one of the biggest soap opera's for the summer, I admit that I will be glued to my TV to see where Mou goes.

Re: Mourinho confirms he's going to Chelsea
I don't really think his attitude and drama suit Real Madrid.
I'm sure the club would prefer someone less controversial, someone who doesn't 'win at all costs' etc.
It's just Perez wants instant success, so he's condoning Mourinho until he leaves.

People love you at Chelsea, Jose? Chelsea managers are loved either by the fans or the owner, you can't have both, Jose darling
The pressure is on him to hit the ground running.

Does the owner love any manager at all?

Re: Mourinho confirms he's going to Chelsea
Jose Mourinho has been named Chelsea manager for a second time.
Mourinho, who won five major trophies in his first spell as boss between 2004 and 2007, has signed a four-year deal to replace interim manager Rafa Benitez.
The Portuguese took charge of his final Real Madrid game at the weekend, allowing Chelsea to confirm an appointment which has been an open secret for weeks.
"It is our aim to keep the club moving forward to achieve greater success in the future and Jose is our number one choice as we believe he is the right manager to do just that."
Ron Gourlay
Chief executive Ron Gourlay said: "I am delighted to welcome Jose back to Chelsea. His continued success, drive and ambition made him the outstanding candidate.
"It is our aim to keep the club moving forward to achieve greater success in the future and Jose is our number one choice as we believe he is the right manager to do just that.
Mourinho - Have you missed him?
"He was and remains a hugely popular figure at the club and everyone here looks forward to working with him again."
Mourinho, who will address the English press on June 10, has won the Italian and Spanish titles since leaving Stamford Bridge and also led Inter to UEFA Champions League glory.
Rui Faria, Silvino Louro and Jose Morais will join the 50-year-old in west London as assistant first-team coaches, working alongside current coaches Steve Holland, Christophe Lollichon and Chris Jones.

So they could let Lukaku develop and recall him to be their starting striker?

I think he meant that as a show of support for his current team not a "we will sign someone" comment.

Re: Mourinho confirms he's going to Chelsea
Jose Mourinho has revealed that while he enjoyed his time in Spain, he prefers the lifestyle of working in England.
Mourinho spent three years as Real Madrid Coach before returning to the Premier League and Chelsea, who he first managed between 2004 and 2007.
In an interview with Radio Monte Carlo Mourinho has said he enjoyed working in Spain but prefers the English lifestyle.
“Spain was a fantastic experience but the social life isn’t easy,” Mourinho said.
“I got tired of the atmosphere. I like it in England. The relationship with the players, fans and Press suits me.”
Mourinho was also asked for his thoughts on El Clasico, and in particular the refereeing.
“I watched the game. The refereeing is the same everywhere. Football is more than a sport and it’s not easy. There’s too much pressure,” he added.
