Re: Bayern Munich vs Valencia
Well, I hope that Maqnuel Neuer will keep a clean sheet today
BTW, I'm curious to watch Diego Alves, too. From what I read he should be interesting to watch, too ^^ I just hope that Bayern won't have to take a penalty, or they would likely be the 3rd German team this CL round to miss one XD

Re: Bayern Munich vs Valencia
Gustavo might start ahead of Martinez as it has always been.
When in God name is Contento coming back, I want Dante on the bench.

Re: Bayern Munich vs Valencia
Jupp Heynckes: “Javi could certainly play from the start. He’s improved in training and he's already earned the other players’ respect, and I'll decide tomorrow whether he plays. I'm very impressed by this team (Valencia). They're big-name opponents with very good footballers."

Re: Bayern Munich vs Valencia
According to the Bayern HP, Robben is okay again, but probably Heynckes still wants to go easy on him. As now Bayern has the strength in depth, they can let him rest longer if need be.Yohan Modric wrote:Robben injured?

Re: Bayern Munich vs Valencia
Robben must sit on the bench for this match, we must not aggravate his injury, we can beat Valencia easily with the-same line-up we used against Mainz or even a weaker line-up.
There is no point taking armoured tank to a pillow fight, we might as well just take Bazooka for now, they will easily alienate them.
-----------------Neuer----------------------
Lahm--Boateng----------Dante--Badstuber
-------Gustavo----------Schweini-------------
Muller-----------Kroos-------------Shaqiri
----------------Pizarro----------------------
bench: Starke, Contento, Tymo, Martinez, Robben, Ribery, Mandzukic

I don't think I am overrating my team, that line-up there would have beaten Madrid yesterday.
But yes, I agree that I am arrogant but that just the way I am and when it works out I enjoyed it to the fullest but when it fails then I guess it's save to say arrogance always comes before fall.

What overrating? Everyone who has at least a little bit football knowledge knows that Bayern is a top3 team. Even Mourinho would say that if he hasn't done so

With all that experience, it makes sense that Pizarro starts, he's the best striker in Bayern.

Yes! I have been longing for Pizarro to start, finally.
Why is Robben starting, we must not aggravate his injury, Muller and Shaqiri could start and he comes in as substitute for precaution reasons, I will freak out if Robben injury get aggravated, we need him this season
