Liverpool should just sell him for money imo. No loans etc. Then a replacement can be bought.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumour Thread Pt. 6
Newcastle shouldn't buy Carroll now lmao... just let it go. A loan deal wouldn't be THAT bad however there are a lot of better options for the money that is being talked about. Get Rondon from Malaga for example if Newcastle are really desperate for a striker

If i remember correctly Newcastle proposed a loan + option to buy deal for him..
Surely Ashley's not such a dud to splash 17m to bring him back considering their very 'constructive' transfer activity in the past few seasons finding a no.of value for money buys.

Now we wasn't
If we willing to pay that amount of money we would have already bought De Jong and this discussion wouldn't even be taking place.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumour Thread Pt. 6
French club Rennes are bracing themselves for an offer from Zenit St. Petersburg for midfielder Yann M’Vila.
The 22-year-old is set to leave Rennes this summer, although the expected flurry of bids for his services have not arrived. M’Vila was strongly linked with Arsenal, Real Madrid and Inter, but none have pushed to claim his signature yet.
Now, according to French radio station RMC, M’Vila has emerged as a primary target for Russian champions Zenit, who are expected to soon submit a bid.

Looks like Rondon might be out aswell... great striker, wonder where he'll go.Javi Martín @javimartinl
Al Thani va a intentar hasta última hora no tener que vender activos del club, pero Cazorla ( @Arsenal ) y Rondón, son las salidas.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumour Thread Pt. 6
I hope we are interested in Rondon, we wanted him before and he fits what we require from a forward.
In any case the media is starting to confuse me with how clueless they all are
Some of them think we want Debuchy, Douglas and a CF and some think we want Debuchy, Anita and a CF.
I'd be happy with either scenario in any case.

He's for our development squad and has no relation to our first team signings and has been a signing in development for months now.
So yeah troll harder in any case who said we was going to qualify for the CL?

Benfica have reached an agreement to sign Atletico Madrid forward Eduardo Salvio, according to AS.
The Spanish newspaper reports that the two clubs have agreed on the transfer fee, while the player’s agent Agustin Jimenez trashed out personal terms with the Portuguese club.
Salvio will undergo a medical at Estadio de Luz on Wednesday before signing a long-term deal with the Eagles.

Tbf all he said if we signed the players we want that we could challenge for 4th.
Which is fair tbh.

I said they're capable of challenging for Top 4 not that they're one of the favorites for the Top 4 which is fair imo.

We have to deal with 256 agents and it is delaying the deal.
- Spoiler:
- 256 is an obvious exaggeration but it's still a lot of different agents lol.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumour Thread Pt. 6
Inter’s Julio Cesar has announced he is to leave the club after seven years at the San Siro.
The Brazilian has been deemed surplus to requirements after the Nerazzurri’s capture of Samir Handanovic from Udinese.
“They have been seven beautiful and successful years, but, in a few days, my adventure in the Inter shirt will end,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
“I would like to thank all of you fans for the support you have given me and I hope you have a lot more success to enjoy.”

Re: Summer Transfer Rumour Thread Pt. 6
Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi has now declared that the club are still open to the idea of bringing back Kaka, although they will have to study the situation more closely before making a final decision.
"I've not spoken a lot about this with Galliani," he told the Milan Channel.
"He's in our hearts for the player and for the man he is.
"I am not closed to a similar possibility, even if we must pay attention to the conditions.
"Kaka is one of those players who made Milan history."
