Minimum for him to not get fired and for us to have a good season is a trophy and top 4.

For example if we finish 5th without a trophy, I would calling for his head big time and I hope he's sacked. Because that would be another failure of a season.

Btw in football there aren't any average seasons. You either meet your objectives and have a good season or you don't and you have a shit season. No grey in there.

Hans, I'm not sure if your comments was a sarcasm or not . If we don't win a trophy (League Cup included ) and finish in top-four, that would mean either we have an average squad or an average manager.

We have great depth this season. We can play the likes of Markovic, Illori, Lucas, Ings in the early stages of Cups when the 'star' players consolidate our position in League. While those players can take a few games off the 'stars' when they play in the later stages of the Cups. We have the numbers and the quality to do that.

Or it means there are 4 better teams than us who have better players and similar or better managers and more draw/money.

I'm confident we can make top 4 though.

I don't know how he plans/can resurrect the season? When look at the squad there's enough quality, but on the field there's no chemistry. Firmino looks like a player who can be more comfortable alongside Lallana and Sturridge for quick pass-n-move. Benteke needs players like Clyne and Moreno for crosses and floated balls. Milner and Emre are better suited for Suarez.

Rodgers have picked players based on individual talents but how is he going to set them up???

Seven points from FIVE matches doesn't worry me. What worries me is 45 mins of decent performance out of possible 450 mins.
