Re: Italian Clubs under investigation for match fixing
Italian FA (FIGC) has announced that the centre-back will face charges of sporting fraud.
The FIGC have been investigating the possibility that numerous games have been rigged as part of a numerous betting probes up and down the peninsula.
Bonucci will face a deferral for sporting fraud, while Pepe will have to prove his innocence after also being accused of failing to report knowledge of attempted match-fixing in reference to a Bari-Udinese tie in 2010.
In this context deferral means the case will be heard at a later date.

The case hasn't even started yet,how can there be a verdict...On FIGC website it says the investigation by the republic attorney of Bari is over, and his findings are...
for violation of Article. 7, paragraphs 1, 2
and 5 of the Code of Sports Justice, to have, before the match
UDINESE - BARI-May 9, 2010, in agreement with each other and with other
subjects who are not registered and others who are not identified, placed in
acts aimed at altering the course and outcome of the match
above, depending on the realization of the tie.
They will be officially charged on August 1st,from what I understand.

Charge = the govt/plaintiff makes a formal accusation against the damaging party, initiating a lawsuit.
Don't see why there is even a debate about this. Vibe is completely in the right.
