Winning is winning. It doesn't say what the point difference was on the trophy mate.

Winning the league is hard, money alone is not enough. It helps sure but it won't get you anywhere on it's own. City's squad deserved the league because they worked hard and beat United to the league, something other teams in England just simply forgot how to do.

You have to give credit because the players put in the effort and were rewarded. Money has nothing to do with it because in the end 11 players go out on the pitch and have to prove that they want it more than the other team.

BTW, why does everyone use Sam Allerdyce logic? lol, no not any manager can win the league. If Alex McLeish were in charge at City they wouldn't have won the league.

I credit the players, Kompany, Aguero and Yaya in particular were amazing. What I don't get is all the praise for Mancini and the talk that Man City as a club, not a group of players, deserved this trophy. They made it look much harder than it shoud have been.

Thats more than they got than thier " greatest ever team herp derp" with Tevez, Rooney and CR upfront.....

Man Utd got 9 more points than they did last season, yes individually they aint that great but they deserve some credit for pushing this City side all the way...

Interesting fact - Bayern this season also collected more points than they would have needed to win the BL on average. Dortmund also managed some whopping record points. Funnily, so did Real Madrid in the Spanish league.

I think it can give us relative success and if we win a trophy during Ashley's tenure i would feel alot more proud than if we " bought it".....
