Have to say I was expecting more from Lukaku, I remember reading on here and the old forum about how amazing he was and every 1 should sign him. I was expecting big things.

But he hasnt really done anything that stands out and not lived up to his hype.

Same with Gervinho actually.

Flop and worst signing are probably a bit extreme of a description though.
Underwhelming is probably a better description.
