The left-sided midfielder told BBC's Football Focus: "If we don't [qualify for the Champions League], I have to discuss what's best for myself."

Would do well as a left back in la liga if he learns to defend....would be a absolute disaster at left wing.I honestly think he could add to Barca because from what I've seen his low crossing is spot on.

I can see him at Juve.

dont try to fix what isint broken?actually,dont try to fix whats perfect?
In top clubs it is only natural to keep changing especially when you want to stay top, not always a 100% chance to work obviously but you cannot blame change it'd be illogical

I find it odd that people think he can play left back or left wing back. Bale is not a good defender at all, unlike Dani Alves, and the reason he's done so well in the last season and a half is because he's been absolved of all defensive duties.

He's a left winger, pure and simple, and devastating on form, but also predictable and slightly one dimensional. He will not be worth the price that Spurs will inevitably put on him.
