Although all jokes aside Di Matteo and Chelsea did a good job of limiting the number of times Messi got the ball in dangerous positions and keeping Barca in front of them, trying to force someone else to beat them

Thats not exactly innovative but considering how many teams are unable to do that it deserves commendation

All jokes aside Chelsea didn't do much other than limiting Messi, both Sanchez and Fabregas were having too many chances and if they knew how to score sitters, would have probably won Barca the game.

That said, Mascherano and Puyol's positioning for Ramires goal was amateur defending.

You can't stop all of them though...impossible task

Stopping Messi and hoping for some luck is the right plan, above all else dont let him beat you, make the less talented players do that

tbf tho it didnt have much to do with tactics, Barca created more than enough chances to win this game and Chelsea took thier chance and won the game.

Not much more to say really.

Also i disagree with anyone that Barca played bad, they just didnt take thier chances thats about it.

What you gotta remember is Terry plays in BPL therefore he has a Donkey brain, when Puyol showed him his wrist Terry has to work out what it is by grabbing it.
