This is just a proposition . if you guys take parts it will be cool . Let's not talk about B d'or

You can name many players for the same categorie as soon as they aren't playing in the same position . 2 max by position is enough

Most improved team ( MIT ): Apoel Nicoisie, Newscatle, Liverpool, Montpellier, Lazio, Valencia, Malaga, Sunderland, Juventus, Dortmund, Bayer...

Most Disapointing (i mean, opposite of improved ) team ( MDT) : Lyon, OM, Napoli, Monaco, Liverpool, Blackburn,chelsea,

Most improved (Best) Coach/Manager : (MIM) Biesla, Wenger, Pardew, Conte, Girard (from Montpellier)...

Most improved player(MIP): Balotelli, Neymar, Hazard, Ericksen, Gibbs , Gotze, Callejon, Demba Ba, Torres, OXalade, RVP ...

Most disappointing player MDP : Malouda, Krasic , Chicharito,Robinho, Zarate .... ( for some he is , not for me )....

The Bundesliga verdict:

Most improved team (MIT): SC Freiburg (18th and thus last with only 13 points in December, then they kicked out their best goal getter (Papiss Cissé), their 4-year long skipper (Hanno Balitsch) and their coach (Sorg) and promoted 5 players from the youth plus the youth coach Christian Streich and now they are 13th with 32 points in the BL.

Most Disappointing Team (MDT): HSV, Hertha BSC and 1.FC Köln - they fight against relegation and should nowhere near the bottom of the BL

Most Improved (Best) Coach/Manager: (MIM) Christian Streich

Most Improved Player (MIP): Holger Badstuber (last season he should go to hell according to probably 99% of Bayern and German NT fans, but this season he was chosen as Nr.1 German CB in January from the renowned kicker experts and plays absolutely solid this season.)

Most disappointing player (MDP): Rafinha (much worse than I hoped when he returned to Bayern), Marcel Schmelzer (plays a very weak season compared to the last), Michael Ballack (the way he messed up his farewell from the German NT disappointed me a lot)

Why are people so harh towards Sahin , he did'nt even get to play that much . i mean is Contreao a flop ? no because basically he is Quality , just didn't play enough
