Re: Transfer Rumours | News | Tactics | Who to buy/sell etc
After that during last week there were rumors about an offer of Josè Mourinho to the friend Luis Figo, for the return to Madrid of the former midfielder as official. Yesterday Figo has declared: "I don't know nothing about that - told to AS - Are only rumors. If will happen, will happen, depend on destiny. I can not make projects".

It has been suggested that Real Madrid are lining up Silva as a replacement for Kaka if the Brazilian playmaker leaves the Santiago Bernabeu, but the former Valencia star's representative has seemingly ruled out a transfer.
"Silva has a long contract with Manchester City and he is held in high regard there," Julio Llorente told laSexta.
"I do not know what could happen in the future, but Silva wants to remain at City."
The Spain international scored eight goals in 49 appearances for the club in 2011-12.

Karanka:
"Given the season we have had and the squad that we have, we should not think of making many changes," he told La Sexta.
Madrid have most recently been linked with Brazilian duo Lucas Moura and Danilo, as well as Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic.

Re: Transfer Rumours | News | Tactics | Who to buy/sell etc
Witsel has been linked with Manchester United, Chelsea, Real Madrid and AC Milan since the end of the season.
"It's nice to see my name linked to big clubs. It is a sign of recognition for my work. I had a very good season at Benfica and so other clubs show interest. But it does not mean more," said Witsel.
---------------------------------------------------
Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic is ignoring interest from Real Madrid.
Real are eyeing the Serbia international.
"Ivanovic extended his contract until 2016 and wants to meet the terms of that deal," agent Vlado Borozan told Tuttosport.
"Chelsea wants to keep him and he has no plans to leave the club, and I don't know if his wages would be within the economic reach of Napoli."
------------------------------------------------------------
Hamit Altintop is ready to stay with Real Madrid.
The Turkey midfielder has been linked with Galatasaray.
"I have contract with Real Madrid. Clearly, it has been a tough year for me, but the team played very well. Of course I have other options and could leave Real Madrid, but I'd rather wait.
"I was concentrating on my national team and now I'm going on vacation. On the way back I'll start in Madrid."

Re: Transfer Rumours | News | Tactics | Who to buy/sell etc
I just read an article that Mourinho wants Lahm.
I just have to say that even if you offer your whole squad bar Ronaldo(because Bayern would probably have 0 interest in him even if he is offered on a loan) then also you wont get him.
Same with Piggy. Piggy & Lahm,Hoeness would sell his kidneys than them. Even if Madrid changes their club name to Thank YOU Uli Hoeness club & adds a Support FC BAYERN logo to the shirt & offers all of Real's players, you wont get them.
They are untouchable. Bayern fans would probably
start riots if they are sold.

Re: Transfer Rumours | News | Tactics | Who to buy/sell etc
Real Madrid are willing to offer Gonzalo Higuain to Manchester City to sweeten their bid for David Silva.
Real president Florentino Perez is desperate to bring the star to Madrid this summer, says Punto Pelota, and knows City boss Roberto Mancini is an admirer of Higuain.
------------------------------------------------------
Marca:
Franco Baldini – General Director of Roma – was in Madrid to negotiate the transfer of Fernando Gago with José Ángel Sánchez – General Director of Real Madrid.
Negotiations have opened up between both clubs with the aim of coming to an agreement for the transfer of the Argentinian centre-midfielder.
The Italian club did not make use of the option it had to buy the player for €7 million, but this does not mean the club is not interested in the player.
Franco Baldini went to Madrid with the aim of making the club a convincing offer. The first offer on the table was for €3 million, a figure which falls short of Real’s asking price.
Fernando Gago is also pressuring the club to let him go, stating that he only has one year left on his contract at Real and if he is not allowed to leave, he will stay until he is able to leave as a free agent in January.
The Argentinian also wants Real Madrid to value the fact that his wages were reduced last season in order to facilitate his move to Roma. Gago took a €300,000 wage cut so that the Italian club could acquire his services on loan.

Yeah, I've seen him play. But apparently he's in talk with Madrid. Any more news?
He's really talented IMO and would do amazingly in our midfield

A few days ago his agent apparently went to Madrid to talk to executives and possibly Perez.
"It would be a dream to play for Real Madrid, they are one of the biggest clubs in the world," Moura told Esporte Espetacular.

Real Madrid are chasing Bayern Munich captain Philipp Lahm.
Its no secret Real coach Jose Mourinho wants to add a new fullback signing to his squad this summer and La Sexta says Lahm is on his radar.
An approach to Bayern has already been made, with their chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge insisting it will take €35 million to sell the Germany international.

Re: Transfer Rumours | News | Tactics | Who to buy/sell etc
Marca:
Juanfran Torres is one of the targets on Real Madrid's radar, as the club looks to reinforce its right flank. The club is weighing up an approach for the Atlético de Madrid player in order to strengthen this position.
Juanfran – who recently made his debut for the Spanish national team and is currently in Poland preparing for the Euros – played for the Real Madrid youth team at both the under-16 and under-18 stages before he moved up to Real Madrid Castilla (Real's reserve team).
After a loan stint at Espanyol, Juanfran signed for Osasuna, who went on to sell him to Atlético de Madrid at the beginning on 2011 for over €4 million. Since Simeone's arrival, the player has become established in the first team at right-back, a new position to him, as he had previously played in more attacking roles throughout his career.

Javi In, Khedira out.
Borja in, Kaka out.
We can have javi to cover both DM and CB and buy another starting midfilder.

Marca:
A rather strange and enlightening declaration has been made by Polish national team coach Franciszek Smuda, who has stated that Lukasz Piszczek – right-back at Borussia Dortmund – will end up signing for Real Madrid.
“In my opinion, three of my players will be leaving Borussia Dortmund. Robert Lewandowski will go to Manchester United, Jakub Blaszczykowski to another team in England and Lukasz Piszczek to Real Madrid. They have all set their sights high and want to develop as players”, Poland’s coach said.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Marca:
José Mourinho has highlighted the name of Marouane Fellaini on his list of possible reinforcements. His number one target was and still is Javi Martinez, but the manager has been made aware by Real Madrid that signing the player from Athletic Bilbao is nigh on mission impossible.
So Mourinho, who knows the market well, has drawn up a shortlist of candidates. One of his priorities is to strengthen the central midfield, as well as the right side of the defence. The Everton midfielder meets Mou’s requirement. The Toffees have already rejected an offer from Chelsea (€15m plus Lukau on loan) and another from Arsenal (€20m).
The biggest Premier League clubs are surprised by the Belgian’s progress, having just had his most successful season to date. He topped the rankings in terms of balls recovered (something that interests Mou), as well as aerial balls won. He was also the player who covered the most kilometres on the pitch.
Real Madrid would have to dig deep to pry Fellaini away from Everton. He has other offers, plus he wasn’t cheap. Everton paid €20m to Standard Liege for his services. He has a contract until 2016 and Everton isn’t willing to sell him for less than €30m, but Real will never pay that much and would look elsewhere for more affordable options.
----------------------------------------------------------------
AS:
Berlusconi has never hidden his dream is to sign Cristiano Ronaldo, but this time seems to have found the necessary financial support to try to fulfill their desires. Said yesterday the Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai, wants to acquire 25% of Milan. His arrival would be an injection of 200 million euros to poor Rossoneri club coffers. And most of that amount would be aimed at signing Cristiano Ronaldo. The player's salary would be around 20 million euros and it would become the highest paid footballer in the world.

Re: Transfer Rumours | News | Tactics | Who to buy/sell etc
http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/20876/7805280/City-eyeing-Benzema
Sky Sports understands Manchester City are weighing up a move for France and Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema.
City could be in the market for a new striker this summer with doubts surrounding the long-term futures of Edin Dzeko, Carlos Tevez and Mario Balotelli.
Real hitman Benzema is thought to figure highly on City's wanted list for striking reinforcements, with the 24-year-old catching the eye for club and country over the last 12 months.
Benzema enjoyed his best season to date with Real last term, scoring 32 goals in all competitions as Los Blancos won the Primera Liga title.
Real Madrid would be loathe to lose Benzema, with the Frenchman established as a key member of Jose Mourinho's squad, but City are thought to be ready to test their resolve to keep hold of the former Lyon man.
Agent, Jonathan Hope, who is working on securing the UK mandate for Benzema, has revealed he has put forward the player as a possible arrival at the Etihad Stadium this summer.
Possible
"I have put Benzema forward after a talk with a very reliable and high source at Manchester City as a possible summer signing," Hope told Sky Sports.
"We are working closely to secure the exclusive mandate to obtain the paperwork firstly after a serious interest from the champions.
"We spoke with Manchester United two years ago and it went nowhere, which I can see is perhaps a regret on their part.
"The player has stated himself he will not go to Manchester United, however, he has not ruled out a switch to join the champions. I will have a clearer picture soon after the Euros when I have time to sit with his representatives.
"But personally I can see the business being done and to be fair it will rock English football.
"I must stress this is at discussion stages. All does seem in good order but this is football and things change fast."

Apparently Benzema said the following prior to the Man City rumour, not sure how much of it's the truth since it's the Sun.
He told The Sun: “I would never say never about coming to England and, to be honest, I have no real preference in terms of teams. But that is a long way in the future, not something I would even consider at the moment.”
