Of course, we already knew what the design was going to be but here we get a behind view and a slight idea of what it might look like worn by someone.

I'm still not liking the badge design, but I'm okay with the kit itself. Fans seem to be divided 50-50 on it, but then, fans are divided on every kit we have so that point is moot. Personally, I quite like that we've moved away from the old yellow and blue and gone for new shades.

Thoughts?

I'm okay with it. Not necessarily a huge fan of the kit, and definitely won't be buying it, but I can't see a problem with it.

I was hoping for a maroon shirt though....that one was awesome

the badge is allright, but colorless, the design of that shirt doesn't suite it and overall it looks more like a training jersey not a game one!

The badge is the biggest turn off for me for both kits. I maintain that it'd look better in colour then it would in monochrome and I can't understand why we've gone for the approach we have. That, and it's just too big.

Beyond that though, I like the away kit better than the home kit.

Can they just bring back the 2005 O2 Navy blue kit

man, trust me . When rvp, cesc, nasri, gervinho start scoring left right centre, this kit will look amazing on them

I don't really give two hoots about the kit as long as it augers a change in our fortunes and brings in some much needed success, in terms on trophies. :/

My favorite away kits were the maroon one and the blue one. Nothing is as good as those.

I don't like when traditionally red teams go with blue. You have white, black, yellow, whatever.

Not really a fan of the kit, but I'm sure it will grow with time.

I still don't like the colours of it. the crest has grown on me but that still doesn't look professional to me. i really liked the yellow ones we've had in the past, and the old blue one.

For me, in a perfect world: Arsenal would have red home kits, yellow away kits, and blue third kits. Switching it around every once in a while keeps it fresh though I guess. My main complaint of course is the badge, but I'm sure we won't even notice it with all those pretty trophies we'll be busy ogling

will the new badge be used beyond the 2011/2012 season?

not sure if they'll keep the badge, the current one is pretty iconic. at the very least they'll keep this current one for 2 or 3 years.

Im so loving the new badge, and this jersey is a breath of fresh air, with all the bland designs we have had in the past while, the new badge will deff freshen the kit up.

The badge should be just for the anniversary....

for a fresh look we should have a maroon jersey

and some gold like juve, where did they pick yellow from?

The badge is only for next season, since it's designed for Arsenal's 125th anniversary. Beyond that, we'll revert back to our current crest.
