Where do you think Robben will be next season?
Does the arrival of Shakira spell the end of Robben's Bayern career?
He has not been on the best of form this season and with the arrival of Xherdan Shaqiri Shakira, I think his time at Bayern is over. I can see him leaving to a big club next season. On form he's one of the top 5 players of the world, any team would love to have him. Well they would, as long as they don't mind paying the medical bills. Where do you think Robben will be next season? Will he stay at Bayern and compete with Ribery and Shakira for a spot in the starting line up? Or will he go to another club?

He'll only leave if he forces his way out, Bayern won't sell him if they don't have to, I reckon.
Also I'd say Robben will fight Shaqiri for the place in the first XI for at least one season before getting really upset, so I'm very sure that Robben will stay at least one more season.

Is this a joke?
Do people really think this is going to be any kind of "fight" at all?
People actually think that pressure from competing with Shaqiri is going to make Robben think about switching clubs so he can start?????
Some of the knee jerk on this forum is amazing. I think people need to step back and remember what an amazing player Robben is and he will be at Bayern and start there for as long as he chooses.
I bet if someone asked Robben if he was thinking of transferring because of Shaqiri or that the club has replaced him with Shaqiri and are going to sell him that he would laugh in that persons face.

Robben will stay in München. Nowhere else does he'd have such an expert medical team at hand.

Robben won't leave next season.
He will thump Shaqiri next season for the starting place. I'm sure Shaqiri will get games, but Robben is still far and away the better player. Remember, Shaqiri is only 20. He was purchased as a long term successor to Robben. Robben still has at least one season as the undisputed starter.
The only way I see Shaqiri usurping Robben next season is if he sustains an injury in the Euros or at some point in the season, ruling him out for a substantial amount of time. Should this happen, Bayern will probably look to offload him at the end of the season (assuming Shaqiri fits in and impresses in the team).
This time next year will be the time to ask this question again.

He can go to Barca so they can pump him full of whatever they gave to Messi and Xavi.

Bayern doesnt have depth on the wings, they have to push muller at Right (although he is brilliant there) when robben gets injured
With Shaqiri there will be Compeition in the team, as well as a great player to bring off when bayern are struggling.

Muller is better as a Inside forwad than a AM IMO.The only better place for him is up top and Gomez is there so he isn't getting the chances.
