Is there any case in football that this happened?

Example: Arry to accept to be coach of Englad, and still be manager of the Spurs?

Currently New Zealand NT coach and Wellington Pheonix coach. He was the coach for the last World Cup when they drew 1-1 with Italy and despite going out at the group stage, NZ were the only team undefeated in the whole tournament.
