Hiddink agrees terms with Anzhi
Guus Hiddink has reached a verbal agreement with Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala to coach the team until the end of the season, with an option for an additional one-year contract extension, Dutch magazine Voetbal International reports.
The ambitious Russian outfit had been in the market for a new permanent coach ever since the departure of Gadzhi Gadzhiev earlier this year.
Smart move if true.

Re: Hiddink agrees terms with Anzhi
He's coached the Russian NT before... so why not? He's failed miserably in all his next coaching jobs, so lets see if he does better club-wise.

Dagestan is so dangerous, he ll need 10s of bodyguards full armed
Recently, RPL players Gogniev was brutally beaten by Dagestan's police in Anzhi match. Beaten by police not fans

Just a regular day of football business Where there is money, there will be corruption. Hard to understand? We dont want it to happen ofc, but to pretend it does not happen is foolish.

Yeah, we havent had an NT coach for a while now and the head of our FA has a hard on for foreign coaches ( ), and said there were some big names involved, so the media optimistically threw in Hiddink's name.
