XBOX live has a new dashboard....

I haven't had enough time with it (just got it this morning). It looks pretty impressive and my boy just told me we'll be getting youtube soon. I will check it out today and look to make a more detailed post later on.

I wonder how Youtube on XBL will work.......

He hear we are getting other stuff aswell which will be slowly introduced over the next few months, will probably play around with it a bit later on.

I dont have Kinect either infact i despise the thing Very Happy

But they are adding quite alot of stuff over the winter which have no relevance to kinect at all........

All Kinect does is let you navigate the dashboard quicker and easier and iam not fussed about that.

Just googled some of the stuff that is coming to the dashboard and finally us brit's are going to get a Netflix like app Very Happy

Soon it won't make sense since most TVs are gonna have netflix and youtube apps presently and in the future....Basically providing something that is practically standard on TVs nowadays isn't very impressive...Also big woop with voice commands if i have people over and i want to watch a movie or put on music i can't use it if there is background noise(people talking).

I know some people who already cancelled tv suscriptions and use thier PC and 360 for everything.....

It's not a games console anymore its an entertainment box lol.

i havent watched tv in ages, youtube is everything to me....channals i watch...MMOHut, RWJ, totalbuscuits, Paperbat, nighiga, Peterchoa etc. then after that i have so many anime to watch and if im bored of anime i have xbox games to play and coursework/revision to do....no time for boring tv. tv is only for football now. and now xbox is getting these new apps im never going to watch tv again 0.o
