Apple Trolling Samsung

Here are some recommendations Apple made for Samsung on their future Products...Things not to have

On the smartphone side of things, the following is a list of some of the alternative design options Apple felt Samsung should have looked into further:

Front surface that isn't black.
Overall shape that isn't rectangular, or doesn't have rounded corners.
Display screens that aren't centered on the front face and have substantial lateral borders.
Non-horizontal speaker slots.
Front surfaces with substantial adornment.
No front bezel at all.

As for tablets, Apple identified a similar list of alternative designs available to Samsung:

Overall shape that isn't rectangular, or doesn't have rounded corners.
Thick frames rather than a thin rim around the front surface.
Front surface that isn't entirely flat.
Profiles that aren't thin.
Cluttered appearance.

lol Apple thinks they invented everything
comes from Steve Jobs being a complete and utter ass
no class whatsoever

he thinks that everyone has copied him, when he himself just takes other people's work and makes it marketable to the public(i.e. overhypes it with a little bit of good design)

even the iPad, he used Microsoft's tablet(yes it was a piece of shit) and streamlined it

the only thing i give him credit for is iTunes, but then again, an idea of napster

Before starting to sell the iPad in China last year Apple attempted to trademark the name in the country, but that request was rejected since it was already owned by Shenzhen-based Proview Technology. Apple reached an agreement with the Taiwanese arm of the company for global rights to the moniker, but the Chinese unit, which owns the trademark in that particular country, wasn't so willing to hand over the deed. Apple sued, but the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court rejected Cupertino's claim to ownership earlier this week and now the iPad manufacturer finds itself on the wrong side of a battle over intellectual property rights. Proview Technology has targeted resellers in Shenzhen and Huizhou, demanding an immediate halt to the selling of the iOS tablet. If successful the company plans to expand its quest for an iPad ban to the rest of China. Obviously, Apple can (and likely will) appeal the decision, but we're interested to see how this one shapes up.

LOL @ people trolling Jobs.......all his products ar 10 years ahead of hs competitors other than the stolen ones.

BTW I suppose Shakespeare was a hack seeing that he basically stole everything he ever wrote hmm

One being banned In China...that's disastrous.......and lolworthy.

if they are 10 years ahead why is Galaxy Nexus rated higher then the Iphone by every single critic....and andriod is only 4 years old and already bigger then IOS and still yet to really hit the market.....

the next gen of Andriod and Win 8 tablets are going to be 10x better then Ipad... go check out Nivida's Tegra 3....

and all the products Apple makes are made in China....and most of the major components are made by Samsung...who Apple is suing for dumb ass things....

Apple is getting itself is deep ass trouble.....

I can bet you that in 2 years Andriod and Windows will the bigger then IOS...

and btw Samsung and Sony have already started to make the next gen of phones with flexible technology in them...

The Ipad is IMO a failure but say what................you don't realise that they're still ahead of them.......the Ipad was released 2 years ago........you don't think a remodel is coming...

BTW it took them 4 years to build Ice cream sandwhich.................without it.....Galaxy nexus is plain average.

Apple are working on something.......don't doubt them.....they hit a stunt.....but like Microsoft......they're just tooo big to fall..........you'll see....somehow someway....those guys will get blown away.

Apple lost every ounce of my respect with the Macbook mark-up. (I had very little beforehand, it earned a little by getting itself off Greenpeace's blacklist and the quality of its products)

"historically" the only difference between a Macbook Pro and a Macbook was that the Macbook Pro had a (underclocked) GPU and slightly better specs, but definitely not worth the huge price increase.

Now they call the normal Macbook a Macbook Pro just to make it $200 more expensive.
