Oh and cro, that doesn't mean anything, the appeal process exists for a reason and the next level of court can always deny hearing the appeals, they are being accepted for a reason (to this point) so 49, 3, 27 courts, doesn't matter until it is said and done.
LoL...

There is difference beatwen having tapes of you and whats on them, do you know that?
If so that anyone who has "tape" on him is guilty, there would be like 200 ppl guilty now, its whats on them is what matters.
Only tapes they have agaisnt Inter that they(Moggi and his defence) are trying to involve Inter are with Facchetti.
Maybe you should go check with ur friend from true fan club, he says Moratti did it all, but then you say there are tapes of him, you need to get ur shit together, if he did it all then why he wiretapd himself, wtf, im confused

Moggi is not a crook, he is the man who should be largely thanked for taking Juve to the pinnacle of Italian football, learn to have some respect man.

Well whilst your thanking him for taking juve to the pinnacle you can also thank him for making us the laughing stock of football and sending us to serie b! It takes a lifetime to earn respect but only a second to lose it...eg Moggi! I'm entitled to my opinion about the man so back off!

Because of those red colored words you stated, i think there is no need to take this argument any further with you, so enjoy holding to your opinions, however false they be

Re: Moggi: "I'm a scapegoat"
so whats the issue now Moggi?if it was not Moggi another person will be in his place.thing was not about Moggi and thats the crazy thing in all that Moggi did the crime but Juve paid.so all this for my point of view was arranged because there was no other way to stop us.who benefit from this Inter so for my point of view Inter-Morrati or dont care who else did all of this crap.
also you have to check what Vieri said because he said some interesting things.

Re: Moggi: "I'm a scapegoat"
criminals are limited by the laws.the usual criminal is someone that kill someone or steal from someone or something like this thats what criminal mean since the first laws started on earth.now things like if you play bets in a named company you are ok if you are play with no named company you are criminal.if you play cards in casino you are fine if you play them in your house you are criminal things like this are bs of the laws we have atm.
i personally i dont agree to them because if i agree its like i lower my perception and do what they want.
so no Moggi didnt kill anyone and didnt steal money for anyone so he is not criminal no matter what they say.
and in different view if he is a criminal he needs to go in jail but i saw my 2 scuddetto removed and i spent 1 year in serie B i saw my best players left me but Moggi didnt got in jail.so you saying that this laws are right?

Maybe he is criminal also coz of "using threats and violence to make players sign for the management agency and for specific clubs so that his Juve side could prosper."
Typical thug mafioso

If he kept his mouth shut and waited for his 5 year ban to expire he would be a free man and back in football...

Re: Moggi: "I'm a scapegoat"
yep but you have to understand that what Moggi did is nothing about Juve.
what happend is to treat Juve as criminal and no Moggi.because Juve received the punishment and Moggi or anyMoggi didnt spent any damn day in prison and this is because Moggi was act as a company(Juve) and making whatever he wants in the name of the company and i guess you already know that companies are treat like people.
so to continue this i could somehow get a position at Inter do whatever i like and no punishment to me but to Inter.the only thing is an exception is killing to this law if was not around i could have a company killing anyone in the name of the company and all punishment will go to company as a person and no me.this things are crazy really.
so lets say if that time Moggi was not acting in the name of Juve but a dif company Juveb that was a child company of Juve.Juve will be all clear.
i think you can understand what is going.thats why i say all this thing was a big bs because they was alot ways for a company like Juve to avoid anything so in this situation Juve was the scapegoat in an arrange matter because a person like Moggi or someone that knew few things about laws he could easily avoid any personal and Juve punishment.so why he didnt its another story and probably few know what really was the matter.

In theory, but he has belief in something else so he tried to pursue, unfortunately he wasn't able to prove it in the courts
