Who's Fault is it ?
Who's fault is it ?
Moratti: For picking the wrong coaches
Blanca: For his short sighted Transfer Strategy
Renieri: For Tinkering the wrong tinkers
The Players: They just dont give a crap anymore
The Medical Team: The Injuries are to blame
It's Just The End of a Cycle: and we be back soon

End of a cycle,it's over...Time for a new generation.
But we still insist on squeezing some juice from this one Because of that our next generation players aren't getting time and won't be ready to take over...

Re: Who's fault is it ?
I was about to post a similar thread.
Obviously it's our players, aswell as the upper management.
When i found out they weren't going to sign Banega from Valencia for his 9mil price tag, i knew this would be a shit season.
Now we are the laughing stocks of Europe.

i can only imagine how much better we'd look if we had Banega in our team, and for that peanuts price tags i can only wonder why we never got him

Re: Who's fault is it ?
That was never the price for Banega, where did you get that?
Valencia signed him for almost 20 mill and his contract runs till 2013/14 so that price tag is science fiction.

I blame it on chivu and partially ranieri for not making changes when needed.

The Italian side have been speaking with the player's agent over a summer deal and they are hoping that they can tempt the Spanish club into accepting a £7.9 million bid
EXCLUSIVE
By Goal.com Italia
Inter are hoping to seal a deal for Valencia midfielder Ever Banega, Goal.com understands.
The Italian club have not given up on the 23-year-old Argentine and are on the cusp of reaching an agreement with the player's agent Marcelo Simonian over a move after holding initial talks.
Goal.com Italia has learned Banega, who is tied to Valencia until 2013, would be keen on joining the Serie A side.
Valencia are said to be willing to let Banega go for around £8.8 million, but Inter are hopeful a £7.9m bid could be enough to tempt the Spanish side.
The San Siro outfit are yet to formalise an official bid, but the move is expected to gather momentum if the chase for Sao Paulo's Casimero goes cold.

Goal.com bro...
What team buys a talent for 20 mill, develops him into a near world class player and sells him for 8 mill?Just look at prices they set on Villa,Sllva and Mata,Valencia doesn't let go players easy.

Re: Who's fault is it ?
It's just the end of a cycle, however in the opening post, any criticism of Moratti shouldn't go towards picking the wrong coaches, but in not putting his trust in any of them.
The current transfer strategy has actually been quite positive in my eyes in terms of players brought in, it's simply that so many players are unavailable at the moment. Only Forlan stands out however as a short-term solution meant to guarantee quick results over providing for the future, however it's understandable when you have to replace someone as talented as Eto'o. During the previous summer, transfers were limited however they made sense and addressed the weaknesses of the squad, however Inter were simply struck by a ridiculous injury crisis that removed all the accumulated depth.
The players allowed to leave are definite mistakes though. Balotelli, Santon, Mariga. At least Mariga is only on loan, however these were definite blunders, and you can't simply get back talent like that.
P.S. Just remembered Muntari. I don't think I even need to comment on that, do I?

Re: Who's fault is it ?
I agree with dost above, those we let go were HUGE mistakes.
I also agree with if we are playing like shit let our youngsters do shitty not our veterans.
Chivu, Nagatomo, Cesar, Milito play like complete shit and should never get another game again.
let some of those youngsters take over while we wait for injuries to heal. Castaignos is also shit call up some random noob in our youth academy and see how he does.
Pazzini - Forlan /Zarate
Alvarez (Sneijder if he starts playing bad but he's been better so far)
zanetti at fullback, try some of our other younger midfielders with cambiasso and Motta.
could you imagine
Balotelli Pazzini
Coutinho/Alvarez/Sneijder
Motta Cambiasso Zanetti
Santon Ranocchia Lucio Maicon
Viviano/Castellazi
we would easily be in first. we're improving at least 2 1 juve is better than a crushing by Novara or catania

Re: Who's fault is it ?
the problem with INTER its their potential; the players are not young anymore
MORATTI need to replace; LUCIO, SAMUEL, CHIVU, MAICON, ZANETTI, CAMBIASO, STANKOVIC, MILITO

Pazzini and Nagatomo are the only of those players to get consistent use though

Re: Who's fault is it ?
well, maybe we should give up trying to reach europe with the old guard and instead use this season to introduce the young once into the team and settle for a mid table position ! i mean even if we somehow turned this season around we'd still be delaying the problem and we'll find ourselves in the same position next year
seriously, i rather see coutinho and Alvarez finish 10th than stanko and Maicon finishing 3rd

Well at this rate Maicon and Stanko aren't going to be finishing anywhere near third anyway :lol!:
I agree with the principle though...I'd give up a couple places on the table if it meant experience for our youngsters

Re: Who's fault is it ?
I think its just the end of a cycle. However, i was hoping that the Inter's management would have seen this coming and acted accordingly a bit earlier to avoid the embarrassments we have suffered lately.

the only one on that list who has some qualities on him is PAZZINI
others are either young and still need to gain potential or average

Re: Who's fault is it ?
I agree. I've said it before, if we're playing like shit we might as well play like shit with youth. Alvarez, coutinho, NOT castaignos, obi etc.
Why play chivu, try bianchetti or faraoni at this point, what's the damn difference. call up a youth player I've never heard of, I don't care.

Re: Who's fault is it ?
so I have to give tips and lessons here now?
when the players are motivated and give their best what mean all the abilities that lead them to a win ; that is called a potential
intellectual, physical and all abilities what lead you to a win is potential;
I was saying about those young stars you have; they need playing time and gain experience ; so they can play better; what means more potential
who am I talking to are you all around 13 years old or what?
