Re: Malaga want Granero
granero wont get any playing time with us and he could be a gem of a footballer if he got the adequate amount of playing time
could even be the next xabi imo, so its a good move imo, though i see him at Arsenal or another ball playing English side

Good call, I think you're right, he would do very well at Arsenal

The options are pretty thin, it will probably be Meijas who always trains with the first team and is called up anyway. If registered with the first team, can a player still play for Castilla?
Can't happen til jan. we are ok re no. Of Spanish with Granero gone.
Ah, OK. I thought we were just on the limit though. Maybe it has to do with cantera players instead? We might have to replace him witha home grown player?

No we're fine on both counts. Keep in mind that the UEFA squad list includes Mejias, Nacho and Morata.

Re: Malaga want Granero
Needs playing time.
Midfielders like him need to play 40 games a season to find proper consistency and bearing.
Needs to wrinkle out a few kinks in his game then he can return.
Granero could be similar to Xavi IMO.

Re: Malaga want Granero
i dont see why he isnt playing more for us tbh. i know he is injured now but he should have been playing over lassana, particularly in the first few games.
at least granero did preseason with us.
i have a lot of faith in granero, he is going to be a late bloomer type player mark my words.

Re: Malaga want Granero
lol, i personally never got that vibe, but maybe he is going to be decent. Take into account the coaching Xavi received, GUardiola is a genius when it comes to that. Specially when it's a position he mastered himself in his prime.
I personally dont expect him to get that good, not comparing to Xavi of course, but the level at which Borja is, is a good target for him.

Re: Malaga want Granero
If Granero ends up a Xavi, I will be VERY surprised. And I rate him, I think he will do well and develop into a good player, maybe even get a callup for Spain one day when there is an injury crisis or something, but wont surpass Borja level. IMO.

damn not el pirata
i really like him.. I was fairly impressed with him when he first arrived to real madrid during pre season. Sadly he has not shine/given much opportunity since then..
