Who was behind Criscito
Domenico Criscito an Italian FB, ws once a Juve player? Would have been very handy in such a situation. How much was he sold for? and who took that bold step?

Secco
False. Secco only sold 50% of him. The other 50% was sold by Marotta in the Leonardo Bonucci deal. Basically, Marotta sold the remaining 50% of Criscito in June of 2010 to Genoa , pus another 10m or so to get 100% rights of Bonucci from Bari. At the time Bonucci was co-owned by Bari and Genoa, so Bari got their money, Genoa got 100% of Criscito and Juventus got 100% of Bonucci at a total cost of roughly 15.5m.

How is it false when Secoo was behind that stupid move ? HE send him to Genoa. He made him Juve outcast and HE ( cito) didn't want to return ...pretty simple. And we offered him. You can't return something that doesn't want to be with you

Well like I said, Secco only sold 50% of his rights, which was stupid to begin with, but ultimately Marotta got rid of him for good, so they are both at fault really. As for Criscito, he was quoted like this: "However, he did not rule out a return to Juventus after being linked to a permanent return to replace Fabio Grosso."
Criscito wanted a return to Juve but Marotta felt that getting Bonucci was more important. Now that deal looks pretty stupid today, but hindsight is 20/20 I guess. As for Secco, what he did with Criscito is exactly the same as what Marotta did with Giovinco. So let's hope that Marotta isn't stupid enough to sell Giovinco outright to Parma or another team. Let's hope Marotta can fix his mistake of selling 50% of Giovinco and getting him back so he can right a wrong.

Re: Who was behind Criscito
Making a right dicision (getting Giovinco back) does'nt mean he fixed a wrong one (selling Criscito). It would only make him not making two wrong decisions.
Atleast thats how I see it.

I was referring to the fact that Secco was the one who originally sold 50% of Criscito, which is the same as what Marotta has done with Giovinco. So hopefully Marotta dosen't make the same mistake and sell Giovinco outright to a competitor.
But yes, two wrongs don't make a right, and at the end of the day hindsight is 20/20 but I think Marotta screwed up by selling the remaining 50% of Criscito to get 100% of Bonucci.
